Great resort and great staff. The villa was very nice and comfort. The beach is just 2 minutes walk and you can ask for golf car to give you a ride. The beach is beautiful and not crowded you can swim with your kids any time. The kids playground is beautiful. It was a great experience and hopefully will have other vacation soon in the same resort

We had a wonderful stay here...worth the price..not pricey just right..ac is excellent,clean room,staffs accomodating,resort is big and gorgeous with all the trees and fountains,beach is nice with huts and chairs (we had fun) beach is open 24 hours..in the evening they set up dinner buffet near beach which is very romantic with candles and all.food was tasty and love the dessert bar..we spent our honeymoon here..worth it..highly recommended

If I want enjoy vacation on the beach then it is the best facility but it is far from city center ”

The location is good! The place need more maintenance. The beach is so clean. The room is beautiful but with regards with cleanliness i gave 3 out of 5. They dont clean the room everyday, its seems as per request. The service is bad they dot accommodate us immediately. When i called to ask for towels we need to call twice or trice for them to deliver the things we asked. When we checked out we ask for assistance since our room is on the 2nd floor and our bags are too heavy and we need to carry it in the middle of the heat of the sun for us to checked out. With regards with food i gave 5 since its a buffet and its very delicious. Hope with this review you will improve your service thank u.

It could have been better”
We stayed there for one night for a nice price. The resort is very luxurious. Down are the things I noticed. 1- location is pretty good 2- staff slow. Even though we were here during the workdays so they didn’t have many customers 3- maintenance is not bad not good either, for example we had two rooms Room#1 AC didn’t turn off it was freezing and the maintenance didn’t show to fix the AC I don’t know why. And the room door was hard to open and close Room#2 was ok but the bathroom door was a little broken so you can’t lock the door. 4- kid friendly 5- big space 6- nice walk and view 7- receptionist were really good but I think the issues we faced were above their pay grade 8- beautiful garden 9- 20 min from downtown This is my first time here , but I think this resort was a dreamland once upon time. I wish I was there to see it. To sum up, for a cheap price it was worth it, and ok experience . If you can look passed the flaws you will really enjoy your stay

Not for solo travelers - not a five star hotel”
The hotel once used to be five star, now is 3-4 star. The rooms are sparsely furnitured and not very cosy. The hotel is noisy (in the rooms, in the small restaurant, in the lawn). The beach is small, the swimming area is restricted to max 15-20m from the shore, the water is very shallow, the ground muddy and not cleaned from garbage. Very much frequented by families at weekends. NOTE: Male solo travelers (irrespectively of in a males' group or not: solo refers to "not accompanied by their wife and children") are prohibited to use the larger main beach (women, families, children only) but can only visit the much smaller, less beautiful beach at the other side of the pier. They also have to expect seating issues in the open air restaurant. Not recommended.

Staff needs to be trained big time”
My family was waiting at the lobby for long time (5 hours) and the staff are not cooperative. Each staff member blamed the other to take credit. Not professional. You will see in their reply that the hotel tried to call me and this won’t be true because they have written the same comment to my other family members.

Only good location and beach but No more facilities in rooms even no towels first time I have seen this staff not friendly any more like they don’t like you to come and bother them you feel that you are overloaded on them, when you ask any services from your room from any body may you wait 3 hours and call them more than 10 times to have your rights I think the staff doesn’t have any training about customers services experience ownership except the restaurant team is good attitude to some extent.

Not clean, bad staff, my last experience was not that great”
At first I was given a villa that stinks, was asked to change the villa cause it smells so so so bad. Then they moved us to another villa. I requested the bill to be cleaned. One of the guys told me that on the day of check in I cannot request room service! He was insisting that it is an international law that they follow “which is false” and then after talking to the covering manager at that day they sent some one to clean. To sum things up the bd service ruined my vacation. Staff should be trained to treat customers with respect and to at least be nice. So disappointing
