Wow!”
We booked a two bedroom suite, a room for my husband and I and a room for my mother and son. The rooms come with a shared area kitchenette, living area, tv, washing machine/dryer and water filter. Each room has their own separate bathroom and TV. We have stayed in Makati numerous times and I must say that we all could not stop raving about this place! Exceptional 5 star service all the way from check in to check out. We had no idea but the room we booked would give us Club Lounge Access which give you unlimited beer and wine all day up until 10pm and on top of that between 5-7pm everyday you get unlimited cocktails included in that and a unlimited buffet, which was replenished for the whole two hours never was it empty. However the only thing is kids are only allowed in the club lounge until 4pm. Whenever we needed something in our room it was brought to us promptly and we always received a follow up call to check if the request was actioned. Every staff member was friendly special mention to the girls on level 27, Col our fave cocktail maker and also the crew who cleaned and turned down our rooms everyday. They even gave us a surprise cake when they found out we recently got married! Everyday you get to choose between 3 buffets at the hotel or you can choose from other eateries nearby for breakfast complimentary everyday, we loved our pancake house. Across the road is greenbelt where there is shopping and loads of food so the location is just perfect. 15 mins by skyway to airport. We have all decided we will stay here every time we visit in the future.

The Best Hotel for Staycation”
Check in: super smooth, we came in a bit early and tried to request for an early check in and they obliged. Staff: Very accommodating, all smiles. They are the perfect definition of excellent customer service. Room: it was my bday week, I did not specifically request for anything, but the room was filled with balloons and I have a cake, It was nice and so thoughtful of them. The room was super clean , too. I like the fact that the bar is free. They will give you 4 bottles of water, some refreshments including beer, snacks, coffee and tea. And the best part is their Wellohas Hydrogen Alkaline Water System. Super impressed with this machine. And excellent effort from MDR Bathroom amenities: its Crabtree and Evelyn, need I say more? Breakfast: you have 2 choices, continental served at Alfred’s and Filipino served at the roofdeck. I just wish you can switch and try both. They also have the MDR dining card which you can use outside the hotel

Best Hotel prep for Intimate weding!”
I booked this hotel for my Makati City intimate wedding, NCR on Alert level3. Checkin: very smooth, me & my family enjoyed the welcome drinks as we go through and accomplish check in requirements. Rooms: Very clean & spacious with Makati City Skyline view our rooms are situated on 20th & 19th flr. Bride- 2Bedroom suite -4 persons Groom-1Bedroom suite-3 persons Since NCR was on Alert Level3 # of visitors that could enter the room is limited & they have visting hours. In the event that visitors really need to go to the rooms outside the vising hrs there is a 1,500php charge per person. Breakfast: Alfred breakfast buffet was nice, we loved bacon, potato wedge. If you prefer different cuisine you may use the dining card in restaurants near by. Me & my guest had a pleasant experience since all staffs are very friendly & accomodating. The hotel even provided a congratulatory treats & greetings for us newlyweds. We will definitely book this again!

My favorite hotel for a staycation”
Been checking in here 2x now although I stayed here before and discovered it when used as a venue for a weeklong meeting by the office. I love the bed, it's like sleeping in a cloud with the pillows and the comforter. The room I stayed with before has a kitchenette and a washer/dryer. Love my stay here that's why it's my chosen hotel if I need some self-care. However, for this recent check-in, I was a bit irritated that housekeeping kept calling me despite the DO NOT DISTURB sign I posted outside, for they needed to know if I wanted my room cleaned for the day, but I was doing something then and didn't want to be disturb. After their 3 unanswered phone calls, they also came knocking on my door! and I had to tell them in 15 mins cuz then I would be going to the gym to run. Wish they take the sign seriously, it's a DO NOT DISTURB for a reason. But other than that, I love this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights with 3 young boys after a few weeks of "hard" travelling around The Philippines. It was nice to settle into a beautiful, clean & friendly place for a few days before going home. No doubt the amenities were great but it was the people from the hotel that made it better. They were all so friendly & helpful. For a mother of 3 energetic boys, it was nice to get some help during breakfast time. We also got great service when a relatives' van broke down & we had to get transport to the airport urgently. They were all very helpful & very efficient. The hotel is close to many shops & restaurants & very accessible. I would no doubt stay here again. Thank you Makati Diamond Residence. Keep up the great service & good work .

I stayed here with my family in 2018, and found it to be the best hotel we have ever stayed in (and we’ve travelled a lot!). In Feb 2022, I stayed here again, and I must say, everything is the same. The staff are exceptional, and do go out of their way to assist you where possible. They even helped us create a makeshift box for extra luggage, and fixed a broken shoe for one of the kids. The hotel services are fantastic, clean, and the location is directly opposite a big shopping centre with all the shops you’ll ever need. The hotel is located in a very clean and safe area so worries with security. Again i most stress that the staff are what makes the difference here compared to other higher end hotels we’ve stayed in. They are top notch, and set a bar for what other hotels should be aiming for.

Had to book a hotel close to my husband’s office as he needed to report immediately after arrival, but I didn’t want to compromise comfort, safety and cleanliness. I checked all reviews on Agoda and though I knew the other hotels, what really helped me decide were based on reviews. And I am so delighted I made the right choice. Just adjacent to the malls, within city center but I had one of the most peaceful sleep I’ve had, and the price was somewhat cheaper if I’d compare it to what I’ve had in the past but got more for it’s value. Total WOW. Staff are consistently friendly and warm. Never felt like I didn’t belong. And it felt like I was really on vacation in spite of being in one of the busiest place in the metro. Outstanding hotel ”
Hotel is clean, modern deco, comfortable bed and pillows, slept like a baby. Good climate control, excellent WiFi. Enjoyed the gym and pool. Great location walking distance to all the greenbelt shops. Breakfast is delicious. They had 2 options. One is continental which is on the first floor and the second option is Filipino food which is on the roof deck with a nice view of the city. TV is very nice with several channels but my husband was disappointed that Fox News is not included and asks if it can be included in the future since we will surely be staying here again in our future visit. As world travelers, We can say this hotel met our expectations as a five star hotel.

Quarantine made comfy”
I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights for my mandatory quarantine. Check in was very smooth and fast. I was assigned to a 2 queen bed room and I was happy with the size of the room. Very spacious and clean. The fullboard meals were ok. I noticed they served chicken most of the time. Would be better if they would also serve fish, pork or beef for variety. The Good thing is, the meal was served with fruits, main course and dessert. No water included. It would be nice if they also serve a bottle of water. Overall experience was superb. The people working there are very nice and accommodating. Will definitely go back.

Amazing place to stay”
If you are in Manila for business or just traveling for a few days than this is yoyr hotel. Its luxury and comfortable for those who like to stay away of noisy places. However, massage are very expensive better to go outside. Just a steps fron the Greenbelt mall and Starbucks. I like the dinner card just if you have missed yoyr breakfast you will earn 400 pesos in it and you can use it out side partners resturants. I did not liek the indoor swimming pool as it does not look like the images in the booking site. I loved my one bedroom suite room as it was really spectacular. After all we ware a family of two adults and one infants and anotger 6 years kid.

Our family often spends staycation on weekends and try different hotels within Makati/Greenbelt area. It was our first time to try Makati Diamond Residences and it did not disappoint. Check in was fast, staff were all accommodating and really helpful. Our room was very spacious, clean and functional. The facilities were also nice. The best part? It's just right across Greenbelt, very accessible to everything. We did not have a problem checking out, Thank you to MEL for the fast check out as well. Very nice experience! Just across the street of Greenbelt 1 which is very convenient. The entrance to the property is impressive. My family and i have checked in to several 5-star hotels like Le Meridien hotel, Jumeirah Beach Hotel Dubai so this rating is reserved for these hotel class. Even my nine year old said it looks like a hotel in Dubai when he got inside the hotel! The staff was helpful. My husband left his backpack in ht van of our airport transfer and they made the driver turn around as quickly as he can which we were very grateful. Overall, impressive property!

It was my first time to stay here and I was very pleased. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette with water purifier, microwave oven and cooking top plus plates, glasses, utensils, glasses, dishwashing liquid and sponge, dish towel and potholder. The bed was comfortable and welcome snacks were provided (Bread Pan, tea and coffee packets and beer and Coca-Cola in the refrigerator). The best thing is the location. It is right across Greenbelt mall where one can get supplies like food and toiletries. I will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was so convenient to everything. We had a one bedroom suite that was clean, modern, and well appointed. If you needed anything, they would have it sent up to you and then call to make sure you got what you needed. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. I wish we could have stayed for longer than just three nights. It helped so much to have laundry in the room. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic Location & Amazing Room”
Our stay was short and sweet because of the Manila Lockdown. But our family will definitely be returning and staying here. The staff were magnificent and so tentative. Temperature checked everytime we enter the building and hand sanitizer provided. The staff in the lobby helped us order grab when we wanted to travel. The rooms were so spacious and cleaned every day. The gym was amazing. The girls loved the pool and they had a shallow section for then Breakfast was fantastic every morning Location is perfect pretty much infront of Greenbelt 5 and close to heaps of food options.

During my 3.5 week stay in Makati (I had a 5 week trip overall in the Philippines), I've stayed at a few 5 star hotels to see which ones I would return to for my upcoming trip in February. I travelled with my mother, who has previously stayed at Shangri-la and New World Makati. She was very happy with both places, as she should, since the price point wouldn't allow one to expect for any less. Her standards are the same as mine so I'll take her word for it. I tried out the Fairmont, Alpha Suites, & Makati Diamond Residences. The Fairmont was fabulous, I highly recommend them. Alpha Suites has potential, but they're working on doing better, which I commend them for. If you have high standards, you won't be happy there, until they fix all of the things that are in dire need of improvement. Now that I've saved the best for last, MDR is just an exceptional place to stay at. I don't have one negative thing to say. I ended up staying here on 3 different occasions, each time picking a differen

(Continued from my last review) Now that I've saved the best for last, MDR is just an exceptional place to stay at. I don't have one negative thing to say. I ended up staying here on 3 different occasions, each time picking a different room. Even when I downgraded to a Studio room, my treatment did not suffer so I know that they take care of all of their guests, regardless of which room they stay in. My advice for anyone choosing this property, whatever you budget for, splurge for the upgrade. It is SO worth it. Not that there's anything wrong w/their smaller rooms, but having an in-room washer/dryer is a life saver. We had a lot of luggage, so having open spaces was important to us. Also, the fancy rainshower head everyone raves about is in their suites. After a long day of working, shopping, etc., the shower is the best part & something I always looked forward to. You'd have to experience it to know the relaxing feeling I'm speaking of. I have one myself, in my bathroom.

We spent 1 night in a one bedroom suite and it was perfect with 2 televisions, 2 lounge suites (1 in lounge and other in bedroom), dining table, cooking facilities, massive shower with seating, rain shower and normal shower head. Clean 10/10 Amenities 10/10 washing machine/dryer, bathroom scales, hairdryer, free minibar with 2 beers and 2 cokes along with packets of chips, biscuits, teas, coffee, iron and board, bathrobes, lovely toiletries Room service - ordered a Margarita pizza which arrived well cooked and piping hot in approx 20 mins. 10/10 Staff - extremely helpful and polite 10/10 Opposite is a shopping mall which was nice to stroll around. My only suggestion would be to have some milk in the fridge to go with the tea and coffee other than that’s it was perfect. It is a credit to the staff and management to be able to maintain the standard of service we were provided with, thank you for a wonderful night before we flew out. Definitely recommend.

I don’t even know how to start this review because for me, everything about this hotel was nothing but perfect! From the time we arrived up to the time we left, staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. We did not have any problem with the parking since valet service was available, but no free though. We got a 1 bedroom suite, and as expected, their room was so huge and spacious. Their bed is definitely one of our most favorite beds in all the hotels we’ve stayed at. On the day that we arrived, we got a call after our afternoon siesta, the hotel checked on us if we were having a good time and if we needed anything. Very, very good! Breakfast was great, indoor pool was nice as well. Overall, it was one of the stays we’ve had. We will surely want to stay at Makati Diamond Residence again!

(continued from last review) But the one in MDR is the biggest I've seen, it's twice the size of mine ( I picked the biggest that was available at the time) If you get a suite that is 70SQM & up, you get access to the Club Lounge. They have their own dining area for breakfast, apart from the Continental breakfast on the ground floor & the Filipino breakfast in the Sky Deck (which is abundantly bountiful w/delicious food ALL the time). They also have happy hour from 5-7 w/ complimentary beer, wine, other spirits & snacks (but not just nuts & popcorn, think of roasted veggies, smoked brisket, opulent desserts, etc.. the menu rotates daily on these, so you're not experiencing the same thing every day). Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages are available all day, but the lounge itself, is open from 6a-10p.
