Great hotel”
The hotel is very clean, nice, great & quick service. The location is amazing, masjid al haram is just a step out of the lift. Rooms are big, beds are great size, quite rooms. Please note the hotel reception is through main road and its close an hour before of namaz. So if you coming by car then ensure not to arrive at namaz time otherwise would be waiting in traffic till namaz finish. But that is not an issue all taxi drives knows that so not to worry.

The cleaning staff was so helpful and kind, the guy named Rehan Qureshi was always there to help whenever we needed him! Everything else in the hotel was on point too, this is my 3rd time here and I’ve always been satisfied!

This Hotel is excellent . My first time to Makkah and this hotel is fabulous. I initially booked for 4 nights then I extended my stay for another 4 nights. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. It’s Literally inside the Masjid Alharam ; once you step outside the building you are in the Haram. It’s generally above and beyond. Highly recommended

Good service from Front Office & Houskeeping”
We stayed at Tower 6 room 62103 from 14-20 Feb. Mr. Mohamed Ashour (Front Desk) was helpful, friendly & accomodative. I actually booked 2 single bed with partial kaabah view but upon checkin, Mr. Mohamed Ashour upgraded us with a bigger room with the same view! Also, i requested for late checkout around 2pm BUT Mr. Mohamed Ashour again allowed me to checkout at 3pm! As for the housekeeping, i would like single out Mr. Jalal who attended to us during our stay. He was attentive and proactive in attending to us as guest. I am grateful and thankful for both of this staff. Keep up the good job!

LOCATION IS BEST!!!!”
Ive always had my stay in Makkah towers, All because of its location especially tower 2. During this ramadan stay the location and tower 2 helped me reach prayers quick. But the property has its issues as well. PROS: 1. Location is very good. 2. the rooms are quite nicely priced considering its proximity to haram and everything. 3. has a mall downside with almost everything you need from supermarket to food court and other gifting stuff. CONS: 1. the furniture is very old now been here 10 years back and still same. 2. Check in staff aint much welcoming and felt rude. 3. very busy and cleaning staff and others are always up for groups and all to get better tips. 4. some towers aint nice at all.

Booked for Standard Quadruple and was upgraded to Suite with partial Haram view and the room is very spacious with 2 beds and 2 sofa beds with 2 toilets for 4 adults and 2 kids 😊. The hotel is very close to the Haram's entrance. The shops are within the same building and very covenient to buy foods and stuff. Highly recommended 💖 Staff is very friendly and helpful 👍

During this UMRAH trip stayed in 4 hotels in 4 cities. Shaza Al Madina was he first one. The next stop was Makkah and we are glad we stayed at Makkah Tower (When we booked it was Makkah Millennium Tower). Every thing was excellent Location, Reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff all were excellent. The breakfast was very good but not as compared to Shaza Al Madina. However, while checking-out the concierge supervisor behaved in ill manner. He was acting like that he in next in line of throne. He was an Indian OR Bangladeshi fellow. Though at check-in time all was fine. The Saudi reception staff was very co-operative and accommodating. Bottom line this hotel has 6 towers and a hotel. We were given rooms in tower 5. The setup is bit confusing at first. Once you know the in's and become familiar everything falls at its place. However, I must thank to housekeeping staff member named "Mohammed Rakib" from Nepal... an excellent fellow. Very cooperative & helping all possible way.
