Pros : friendly staff Cons: we booked in the event period so room very expensive (3times pricing) the drain in shower room not good. breakfast few option.

Very average. ”
The room was not very clean with a used bar of soap still in the shower when we arrived. The air conditioner was very dirty and didn’t work well. The refrigerator was apparently either broken or unplugged but you couldn’t reach the plug-in because it was encased in the wood behind the refrigerator. The pool is sort of an aqua green color that did not look very inviting. We stayed at this hotel several years ago and loved it but felt like this time was not very nice. The view out our room window was of a huge pile of trash also.

New cozy hotel must try harder”
It's certainly a positive development to see new hotels break the monopoly which the old lady of Buriram hotels, Thepnakorn, has enjoyed for more than ten years. Though I'm still to see their new building. Mamaison has a lot to offer but foreign tourist should still lower their expectations. Buriram is not Pattaya of Chiang Mai and still mainly caters for Thais. Mamaison is a low rise complex, good parking facilities, nice decor in- and outside, lovely little pool area. In this coffee crazy time we live in, it is however disappointing that the only coffee for breakfast is the Nescafé powder you mix with water. To cater for coffee aficionados, please get a decent coffee machine. The bread is the cheap Big C white non-nutrional slap. The breakfast is disappointing. And the coffee shop is only open for breakfast, so lunch and dinner must be taken outside. The aircon in our A3 Villa (which turned out to be just a room but access to the pool) is blowing straight down you face and body. Not able to adjust to avoid the wind, except on/off. The coffee maker gets extremely hot on the handle and top, so be careful when you boil the water. Even TV is off, it' still noisy so we pulled the plug and peace was restored. Though there is wi-fi, we were not able to connect from our room. But the kids in another room were OK.

Nice New Well-run Hotel”
the hotel is only open since early 2012, so everything is new and fresh. the staff is sometimes a bit english-challenged, but manage to be helpful anyway. the rooms are modern in design. the beds are firm but comfortable. the bathroom is large and has wide doors suitable for the disabled. the air conditioner is powerful and easily controlled by a remote. the digital tv is very good, though there are not a lot of english-language choices. there is an outdoor swimming pool to the side of the reception area. the breakfast is just ok. if you like your eggs hot, arrive at 7, when the buffet service opens. there is cereal & milk on offer, as well as some fruit, eggs, tea/coffee, and some thai dishes. one thing that would be helpful to guests is ramps from the parking lot to the rooms, so suitcases don't have to be lifted up stairs. the location of the hotel is on an industrial-looking road. there is a restaurant at the entrance to the hotel. still, a car or motor bike would be useful for getting around, if you stay there. the hotel is a little more pricy than some other choices, but the lovely staff and the nice rooms make it worthwhile.

This not look like a hotel it just a service apartment but it very new and nice room, a great service since security until reservation, just a little complaint of not well enough of breakfast taste but over all is great and I'll back to this hotel again if travel in Buriram.

Great hotels on our 12th visit consistent quality”
Stayed here many times its a great hotel rooms are all the same and nicely decorated as you would expect a 4 star hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Reception open 24 hours, lift to rooms and nice pool area & gym. The owner is Thai and sets high standards throughout the hotel. English breakfast, fruit & cereal available as well as Thai food. There is no restaurant in the evening or bar here but plenty in walking distance. Previous Agoda feedback reported problem with mosquitos coming in the room from under the door and that door stoppers would be fitted and they have been. Overall a really nice hotel which we have stayed at many times and will continue to use in the future.

Ok Hotel but better for less in Buriram”
The hotel is in a good location on the main road into Buriram. Room was large nice bath room. As always in a Thai hotel, the breakfast was awful cold coffee, eggs been cooked for 2 hours, self-service out of unheated Bain Maries, even the Thai food was cold. I would look elsewhere as many Hotels in Buriram, but I stayed New Years eve all the other hotels were booked up.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very quiet so no problem sleeping or lying in. The room was well equiped with coffee making facilities, well stocked fridge, and snacks. The bathroom had soap and shampoo etc. the aircon was very good. Lots of TV channels. There were a few mozzies in the room getting in through a ventilation shaft poory sealed in the bathroom. The bed was a bit hard but this appears to be standard accross Thailand. There was a good safe in the room but it was not bolted down so theoretically a thief could just pick it up and take it which was a bit pointless and worrying when I left the room. The breakfast was good. I would stay again.

Very modern, great customer service, great pool”
Everything about this hotel is great. Very new and modern, best breaky I have ever had in Thailand, customer service was very good. Only negative was that the area was inundated with bugs and mosquito's while we were there. we were booked for 3 nights however left after 1 night. There was a large gap under the door where the bugs entered the room, staff were very apologetic and said they will arrange seals under the door. Im sure this will be fixed so I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent Little Hotel”
Excellent hotel, wonderful staff - very friendly and helpful. Being a new hotel, it is very clean and tidy, although I did see some ants running around on the table in my room but they disappeared the next day. I will definitely come back.

The overall standard of the hotel is quite good however attention to some details are required. Ensure that beverages are in the room, breakfast dishes need to be hot and also rooms need to be sprayed for ants of which there were many of. The staff working for the hotel are very supportive and friendly which is a credit to the person/persons who taught them

Good place for 1 night.”
I and my 2 kids went to football match at Chang Arena. So we took 1 night before go back to Bangkok. Everything is good. The hotel is nice, clean but the swimming pool is smaller than I think. My son said, it is small like bathtub.

Overpriced, Average Hotel”
I can only base my review on the price that we paid to stay at this hotel. Maybe there was a shortage of hotels in the area when we booked as I have since seen rooms here at a third of the price I paid! We stayed in a pool access room which was quite basic and the bathroom had a foul smell! Breakfast was average and the gym was very basic, I guess just the minimum in there to class it as a gym. Wifi did not work at all in the room and had to sit in reception with the mosquitoes to use it! On a positive note the staff were always very friendly, helpful and polite. I would say the hotel is worth around £25 a night, as I have stayed in similar for that price and it is hard to believe that we are now staying at the very impressive A-One Cruiseship Hotel in Pattaya for less than we paid for this hotel!!

Modern and confortable”
This was a real find, near new in great location near the shops, very quiet, plenty of parking, reasonable breakfast, fast Wifi, comfortable, lovely rooms and very friendly service. We will be staying here aging in the future.

Mamaison hotel”
Very good. The only slight drawback was the location but tuk tuk's and taxis solve that. The staff were very obliging and friendly although English was not understood that well, but that was overcome with their willingness to help. Very modern and comfortable rooms although the hot water was not really hot. Very modern and spacious rooms and nice out door ambience. Nice little pool.
