Great staycation for family in Mandarin Oriental Hotel Jakarta”
We booked 3 rooms with different views for our family staycation. They were all stunning 😍. Though i spent many years living in jakarta and tangerang, but i’ve never taken my own kids walking around bunderan HI😅. And it was a very nice moment to remember for the whole family doing activities with our loved ones.. The hotel is superb, with big rooms for family, their cleanliness are extraordinary. I usually got very sensitive in dust, but i was surprised that i could sit in the floor and doing pray without sneezing. We could walk, run and doing other exercises inside and outside the hotel. Perhaps in the future, they can build larger swimming pools in one of their high floors. Their staffs were super duper friendly and helpful, and last but not least of course foods were excelent 😍. Mandarin Oriental Jakarta Hotel was also an excellent choice for family staycation with no need to compare🙏 when doing business there👍👍👍

We are frequent traveller to this city and hotels around Bundaran HI are our prefered choice. This time around we opt for MO and didn't expect much like the rest of the 5 stars hotel before but MO proves us wrong. Right from the start the team shown an excellent service. Our gratitude to Manager Ms Audrey Lim for providing a great team right from the concierge, front desk, f&b at Cinnamon, security, house keepers etc. They made our stay one of the most relaxing and welcoming. They have truly reflect values as in old Javanese saying "memangun resep tyasing sasama (kita selalu membuat senang hati orang lain)" The kueh lapis and the macaroon was most wonderful. The complimentary wifi was super fast plus the complimentary shuttle to nearby mall. Definitely MO is our top choice of stay for Jakarta in future. Was from Mulia prior to my stay here. Was on business trip. Then extended my stay and decided to try MO for last 2 nights in Jkt. Really enjoyed the room in terms of size, layout & the comfort level. Toilet was impressive especially the bathtub! Had problem on my shower drain however sorted out promptly. Comfy bed & pillow. Most importantly hospitable and courteous staff - great customer experience from reception, entrance staff & waitress at the dining place. Despite one of the oldest premium hotel within Bundaran HI, still maintain the cleanliness and decorations. Thanks to front desk officer (male - forgot his name for allowing late checkout for me) and thorough explanation from the moment I enter throughout the registration experience. Hats off... still can remember my name and always not forget to greet when I pass by the lobby. A bit comments on the food for breakfast, if I compared my experience from Kempinski, Pullman & Mulia I think the options/varieties can be improved. Not that bad but I still prefer Mulia. The rest was really excellent experience. Will definitely come back!

Overall a great stay, except for the parking lot”
I'm staying here with my children and my in laws. The rooms are great, the breakfast taste great though a bit crowded in the restaurant. The service generally are great. The health protocol are adhered. Some of the protocol I know of are, rooms are cleaned & disinfected, and won't be used by other guest for 24 hours, mask is a must, limitation of pool & gym usage for only 10 people per hour slot, breakfast is split into 3 different time slots. My biggest issue is only about the provided parking building. It is a separated building, with the only direct access to the hotel is through P6 floor (the rooftop of parking building). The problem is, there's no elevator in the parking building....In my case where I have to park in the P4, I have to drag my luggage to P6 or P1 through stairs or the car lane. You need to bring a driver with you if you don't want to carry your luggage through the parking building stairs.

At first we're a bit hesitant on staying Mandarin because it's been quite long since I stay there. Turns out the service is excellent and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious clean! My kid love it very much. All staffs were very polite and helpful. Definetelly going back there for another staycation

room type: deluxe with monument view a hotel with a strategic location, close to the busway station. this hotel has clean, spacious rooms and great views. All staff was friendly and helpfull on all sides especially in the restaurant part and room service where traveller was able to communicate via messaging service (whatsapp). And also this hotel have easy access to parking area. For breakfast food it is quite good, maybe it can be improved with the availability of ice cream. Things that need to be improved are the speed for checking in and the availability of rooms where you just get a room at 03pm

What I will always remember are the friendly, super helpful staffs! Another thing, the hotel is located very strategically, bonus the iconic monument view! Despite being located in one of the busiest parts of the city, the hotel can definitely your go to was quiet and relaxing.

I really love and enjoy while stay at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta. The Locatian is super great. The Food is good. The Staff is also very nice, polite and helpful. The Room Quality is above average, the room is clean, neat and tidy. The Scenery of Monumen Selamat Datang is also very nice, especially at night, when the light of city is shining brightly. The cleaning staff is also diligent, because they clean the room twice a day. This hotel is really meet mu expectations for the 5 star quality hotel. Thank You Very Much.

Everything you expect from a top hotel brand but done very well with care and attention to personal needs and maintenance. The best of city centre locations next to the fanciest malls and restaurants and then easy taxi or new transport system ride to city attractions. You can go cheaper but difficult to find better.

It is definitely the best option when you want to stay in Jakarta. It locates the very center of the city, and you can get anywhere relatively easily(you must consider the traffic in the city though) One thing that I was disappointed with was the pool. It was smaller than I expected, so, if you are planning to spend your vacation with nice pool, you can re-consider. but I don't know which hotel in center of the city has a great pool.
