Exceptional”
Was my 1st time in Vietnam. And didnt know what to expect, but when I got there. Hotel staff was excellent and the rooms were very clean and spotless. Rooms look gorgeous and right on point as pictured in the post. View was amazing to wake up to every morning and breakfast was fantastic! On the weekend there was no loud people in the hallways and it was peaceful. The atmosphere was perfect and environment was great! The hotel staff go way beyond expectations! I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great 1st time experience in Da Nang Vietnam.

Great hotel at a great price!”
We stayed at 3 different hotels in Danang from June 20 - 26. However, we only stayed at the Mandila from June 24-26. Wish we stayed here the whole time. This hotel was by far the best of the lot. Rooms were excellent. Clean, A/C worked great, Fridge was cold, and showers were great. Small issue was that the shower floors are extremely slippery (my 4 year old slipped in the shower). They may need to consider adding in a nonslip plastic pad for toddlers to stand on. Service - excellent. From the bell boys, reception staff, housekeeping, and spa team. I would not change a thing. The team there should be commended. They went above and beyond with taking care of their clients (e.g. picking our bags up, gift reception, dinner recommendations, chasing down "grab" orders for us, follow-ing up on our stay). It was truly appreciated! Price - can't beat the price and the location. Right off the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Da Nang.

I would like to say a big thank you to the staff, Mr Thuan Huynh. On 13/2/2019 evening, one of our family member was sick suddenly, he provided a great help even in hotel as well as in the hospital. He provided a wheelchair and called a taxi and go with us to the hospital for translation with doctors. He treated us as his family other than a guest only. We trust and believe all of our family member would appreciate on his help. Another compliment to Ms Chuong Nguyen, she was very patient and professional, providing us services on the transportation to sight seeing. She was caring on the guest and very good memories. She will walk around at the breakfast time and remember what the guests needed. She even know all of us which room number and our activities every day, very cool! I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Not even a good location, swimming pool, the most important they are serving by their heart. Hope all the coming guests would respect their hard working. I had a sea view room with balcony and can highly recommend it! Hotel is new with nice furnished rooms, clean, great service, amazing breakfast and very good location. Beach is just few minutes away, full of restaurants nearby, night market 20 min on foot. Pool is wonderful and the best thing is the view from it!

Great modern decor, spacious and clean rooms. Great location, easy and cheap to get to nearby attraction via taxi, great local restaurants, bars and corner shops. Breakfast variety amazing with a great egg station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would defiantly stay again if visiting Vietnam.

Great position”
The hotel was in a great position on the main drag opposite the beach. The room had beach views which were amazing and unobstructed (must book with ocean view). The only con for the room was there was no proper shower and you had to use the bath tub (no curtain so the floor gets wet if not careful, cannot stand wet bathroom floors). The buffet breakfast was great and staff very helpful. Pool was also beautiful and had awesome views . We also got a facial and this was very relaxing to do to get away from the hot afternoon sun.

Pros: Great location, lot of bars and restaurants near by Beautiful view from balcony Great service/staff Cons: The room is generally very clean, only improvement I would say is the detail, like the mold spot(not much but noticable) on the roll up curtain in the washroom need to be cleaned, the glass railling on the balcony need to be cleaned regularly, so all this could match with their high level service standards. Overall highly recommended this hotel.

Everything is nice! The staff is really helpful and considerate. Seaside view of the swimming pool and breakfast are also great. I like they provide the shuttle bus to Hoi An which is much cheaper than using Grab to call taxi.

There were 7 of us staying for a week, and the hotel was ideal. Just over the road from the beach, there was everything we needed within walking distance. Staff were brilliant, from organizing day trips to arranging birthday cake and flowers for my sister’s 40th. Would stay here again.

The overall ambience in the hotel was pretty decent. The rooms were clean and the facilities was awesome. Staffs were polite and helpful too. The AC in my room wasn't strong partly due to the hot summer heat. 9/10.
