Great Staff”
The staff at this hotel did everything they possibly could to make our short stay enjoyable but what it needs more than anything is investment. It looks like there has been very little maintainence or upgrading since the hotel was originally built so the walls, carpets and bathrooms are all in need of a serious make over. But it was close to where we needed to be and the price was acceptable.

The most terrible and disgusting hotel i have stayed”
It is a very old, smelly, disgusting rooms hotel, no proper shower, some room no hot water, some room extremly hot water no cod water, and there is one, the water flow is extremely low, just a few drips here and there, bathroom are mold all over, rusted,broken peaces here and there, I don’t know why agoda even list this as hotel, i guess, agoda doesn’t care, just need commissions, stay away,

Old Majestic Hotel Needs Work”
8th Floor Deluxe Suite smelt of mildew. Clean but hadn't been dusted prior to us arriving. A bit more effort (& investment) and this hotel has the potential to return to its glory days ..... just not at the moment 😢

Very bad hotel! The rooms need a lot to be renovated! It does not work clean and the staff is not serviceminded! We got charged 300 Baht we used a bad towel to clean something up in the room! Really expensive for cleaning a very poor towel! Be carefull!

Worst place ever”
Parked the car to check in. The spare wheel got stolen. No one to help with baggage. The room and the hotel smelled bad. Room is not clean. No hot water in the shower. Got moved to another room where the water was still not warm. To many negatives.

Needs renovating”
Very run down although rooms are clean.breakfast ok if you like cold fried eggs or cold omelette.the only thing I had that was warm was the toast.make sure your wife doesn't happen to sleep and start her period one night because a stain on the sheets will cost you 1200 baht.

建物、きれいになった”
以前にも数回利用したが建物古く廊下などカーペットの腐敗臭があり、また庭木が大きくなり鳩の糞で車汚されたりして、最近利用していなかったが今回建屋内外とも改装されて気持ちよかった。 日本食レストラン都があったがなくなっていたのは残念。

改善を期待して問題点 ① 洗濯はしているのだろうけれど、少し黒ずんだ、使い古したバスタオル。 ② 夜の照明が暗くて、読書しようと持って行った本読むのをあきらめた ③ シャワーの吐出口が壊れており水がランダムに飛び散る ④ 古いホテルで、以前は廊下など腐敗臭がしたがそれは感じなかった。 ⑤ 小さなベランダは、以前は鳩ノ巣になっており糞だらけ、見るだけで痒くなったが 金網が張られ改善出来てた。

家族で泊まり、２部屋予約しました。 一部屋は古いながらもそこそこでしたが、1部屋は、カビ臭い？？古臭い？？臭いがすごくて具合が悪くなりました。 その部屋の水道からは茶色い水…。 浴槽がありましたが、紫色の何かが流れたようなシミ。 久しぶりに開けたのでは無いか？と思うような部屋でした。 ドライヤー（多分ポットも）は、フロント貸出でした。 フロントの対応は良かったです。 父の思い出のホテルだったので宿泊しましたが、私はもう泊まりません。

連日のゴルフの際利用しているが”
利用する理由 ①マッサージができる。ホテルを出たところにもある。 ②日本料理屋がある。 問題点 ①温水器が半故障でバスに入れたりシャワーに切り替え困難。 ②古いホテルで廊下を歩いていると匂いがする。カーペットの腐敗臭か？ ③駐車場に置いておくと鳩の糞だらけになるところがある。 同クラスのホテルがこの近辺に4か所ほどあるが、どこも一長一短があり泊まり歩いている。

シャワーの出口がつぶれている”
① 4，5回泊まったが今まで利用したすべての部屋でシャワーになって おらずて水道のパイプから湯が流れ出るようになってしまっている。 ② 駐車場に車を止めると車が鳩の糞だらけになる。 ③ 窓から覗くとエアコンの屋外機が鳩の糞だらけになっており、鳩が卵を抱いているときもある。のみがいてないかと思うと痒くなる。 ④ 日本食のレストランがありいいのだが、50％の確率でしまっていた。 ⑤ 建屋が古いせいか廊下を歩いているとすこし腐敗臭がある。 カーペットの匂いか？

ข้อดี:อยู่ไม่ไกลจากมธ.,พนักงานบริการดี พูดจาดี,มีลิฟต์,มีอาหารเช้า,แถวนั้นมีร้านอาหารเยอะ ร้านรวงอะไรต่างๆมีครบ ได้ยินมาว่ามีการปรับปรุงแล้วแต่เท่าที่เห็นส่วนมากคือการปรับปรุงภายนอก ภายในห้องยังดูเก่า ที่สงสัยก็คือทำไมไม่ติดไฟตรงกลางห้องเพราะไฟที่โต๊ะข้างหน้าต่างกับบริเวณข้างห้องน้ำ โคมไฟหัวเตียงมันไม่สว่างเลยแล้วก็ปลั๊กไฟมีน้อยมากแล้วก็อยู่ต่ำไป ห้องน้ำในวันที่เราไปพัก ฝักบัวข้างบนเสียใช้ได้แต่ก๊อกน้ำข้างล่าง แต่พอบอกช่างก็มาแก้ให้ อันนี้ถือว่าดีค่ะ ใส่ใจบริการ บริเวณทางเดินที่เป็นพรมได้กลิ่นอับ รวมถึงลิฟต์ด้วย เข้าใจค่ะว่าเป็นโรงแรมเก่าแก่ แต่สภาพเก่าแบบนี้ ปรับปรุงเถอะค่ะ
