Quiet, peaceful, private, excelkent decoration and finish. Warm comfortable furnishings. Fully equipped kitchen. Change the key safe box as I spent more than 5 minutes to get in.
No mirror in the second bedroom with twin beds. No dustbin bags in bathroom bins. Master bedroom lamp flickering...not good if you have epilepsy. Master bedroom lamp but no socket.l

A good flat in a good area and very close to shops and restaurants.”

The location was perfect. The keys were on site and a code was given to me to get them. The flat door had a code for entry, an excellent idea. The site was easy to find, the management were extremely helpful, and the price was great. The flat itself had all of the mod cons including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and included a fridge freezer. There was a good tv and the Wi-Fi was excellent. No noise.

Customer service from the host definately the best I've yet to come across. Apartments spotless, excellent locations perfect for workers and holiday makers alike. Have used twice so far and certainly will be using again.

The host was really helpful and easy to contact. We were a very last minute booking but despite this the property was in a very clean condition and the host was very accommodating. Great location and the facilities were perfect for our little toddler.

Best stay in Bournemouth.”

Everything else was lovely. We will definitely stay again with them. Jan was brilliant and also his colleagues. Nice big rooms, and a king size bed in the room with the en-suite, sofa bed and 2 singles in the other room. Free wi-fi and the property easy to access. Overall brilliant. Not far away from beach, 7-10 min walk if you go for Boscombe beach. 5-10 drive from Bournemouth Pier. Thank you for the good time and stay in Bournemouth.
Nothing major, cleaners didn't finished by the time we got there (we got 30 min earlier then we said we will, check in was 3pm we got at 4.30pm), by rushing they missed some hair from rooms.

Location was perfect, not far away from beach, shops reachable too by just walking. Lovely private stay, felt like being at home, quiet, would defo stay again. Lovely.
Could have been more toilet paper especially when no one is cleaning or topping up in between your stay, had only 1 per toilet for 4 people family, same with kitchen towels(paper ones), had only 3 sheets when came in,had to buy some, would be lovely to find some detergent if there is washing machine, same with cleaning liquids for worktops, windows would do with some cleaning.Struggled with parking on last night but understandble when not guaranteed and free of charge.

Spacious,clean,excellent wifi (a must when you have 2 teenagers !) the owner is an excellent communicator,who resolved our one minor issue very quickly
Could do with some external lighting of an evening,as path to rear entrance is (currently) unlit,other than that it is an excellent place,and we would stay here again.

A pleasant stay close to the beach.”

Location close to beach good. Any concerns regarding cleanliness and maintenance were met with a swift, professional response both during and after the stay.
The lounge area at the front of the property was a little noisy at times due to proximity to the main road.
