We're so satisfied with the apartment this time compared to the previous one. Completed with new fridge, kettle, small oven and microwave, so I was able to cook simple meal almost everyday. The cleanness of this apartment is on tiptop especially the balcony because there were lot of pigeons and other birds, so most of the apartment were flooded with the bird's dirt. Staff were so friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately the phone was not functioning well but since the office was just below our apartment, so no big deal. Also, the view was not spectacular because I can't see the ocean but since the apartment had everything that my husband and I needed so we're so satisfied. Only one. I hope the owner of this apartment of the management could prepare microwave save utensil which we can use to preheat food and also a jug. That's all we need. So, if anyone choose for one bedroom apartment, I recommended this apartment, A3-08.

Last minute booking. Host is very kind and understood. Arrange a big house for us. This is the cheapest apartment you can get in pd. House is not really clean. No pools here.

Everything good. Staff need to have some customer service skill. Swimming pool limited to less than 1 hour for 10-20 people at a time. Cleanliness need to improve. Spacious place & easy parking.

The room is spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is also spacious, equipped with a small fridge and some serving utensils (plates, cups, saucers etc.) However, one of the wheels of the bed was detached, causing the bed to be tilted. And the lamp in one of the bedrooms was not functioning, the technician came and put up a portable lamp as a replacement. There were no hooks provided in one of the bathrooms to hang towels etc. Furthermore, these things are not provided in the room: - coffee/tea making items - toiletries (soap and shampoo) The corridor looked unkept.

Should tell them if you want an apartment completed kitchenette. Before this the apartment we got to checked in A7-12 had nice electric stove and microwave but unfortunately this time A6-3, there were not facilities to reheat our food pack. Need to finish all the food on the day we arrived. You want kitchenette? Pay RM50. Hahahahaha 🙄🙄🙄 so if you bring your food, remember to tell them you want an apartment with at least, A MICROWAVE.

As a travel consultant, i have frequently booked hotel apartment for my clients. This time i booked this one for 3 nights to know better the facilities and options they have. As per my client it's budget accommodation and for short time you can stay here. most importantly it's much quite area and if you like to get out of city life than it's may be one of the great place to stay
