Beautiful resort with best customer service”
This is the best resort in Hotram. I have stayed there many times. The ambience is super nice with private beach, nice pool, fresh air, good food, green, cleanliness, quiet and politeness. This time I went there with my boyfriend. He was a bit sick and the staff cared a lot, helped us to buy medicine, offered free fruit and drinks, and often asked how well he was and how could they help more. We had great time there and definitely this is our place in Hotram. Thanks for the service.

Wonderful experience”
After reading about the area, I wasn't sure what to expect. I found the rooms in the hotel to be clean, stylish with incredible views, although slightly small. Fortunately for me, it wasn't crowded, so the stay was very peaceful. There were few others on the beach during my stay. Of note, the breakfast was one of the best buffets I've been in Asia. And I've been to many of the best over the past 15 years living in Asia. The manager is an impressive woman who seems to understand that small touches (like a charcoal toaster at the Banh mi station) make a difference. I found it worth it to spend a bit more and stay at the Melia.

Love the place! A must stay in Ho Tram”
One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were so friendly and efficient. The room was spotless and well-equipped. View from room was fantastic with a great ocean view. From the balcony, we enjoy the sea view and feel the cool breeze. We had great time enjoy at pool bar together, we were spoilt for choice. Our stay at Melia was just for one day and one night yet it was such a relaxing stay for us. Luckily we met Mr. Nhan - Front Office Manager of the resort. He showed us around and was very helpful, which made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. All respect for him who does a great job here. Without doubt one of my favorite resort and I will definitely enjoy another visit for a longer time.

The best resort in Ho Tram”
We had a really good time. We stayed in a nice room with ocean view. Everything is perfect from the attentative services to the room, food (good selection for the dinner seafood buffet & breakfast, entertainment (movie, kayaking & SUP, great pool next to the sand beach with a pool bar...). The resort management does make really good effort to make sure things are well handled around the place. Personally I think there are 2 things to make the experience even more impressive for the guests: 1) better cocktail selection in the pool bar (there are only 2 choices and not very good - even though pretty cheap) 2) the complimentary shuttle bus services between Ho Tram - Saigon can be improved- I found it a problem to book the bus offered by Melia with very limited spots comparing to the Grand Ho Tram resort. This will especially help international guests travel from Saigon. Overall I had a great time and definitely would come back. Highly recommended.

Good idea for a quick getaway from Ho Chi Minh City”
The resort is quite close to HCMC, only about 90-minute drive. We booked a 2 bedroom villa for the whole family (4 adults and 1 kid) for 2 nights and had a great time. Everything is clean, the service is good and the staff are very friendly. One drawback is that even though the beach is beautiful, it is not always swimmable, depend on the season, sometimes it is not recommended to swim in Ho Tram Beach.

Classic choice”
Melia has been recommended by friends for years and it proves that it still has what it takes. The attractive landscaping of its open space just draws you in. Thoroughly enjoyed cycling around the property though we nearly crashed into selfie addicts. No problem if you view it as a modern obstacle course :) My kids and I were happy just to stay in Melia throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet was excellent with its wide variety. The bed was big and comfortable. 2 thumbs up!

Supportive and friendly staffs”
We booked the trip before the lunar new year and keep the plan spontaneously as the Covid situation is unpredictable. The room is clean, bright, eco-friendly (AC will be restricted if the door to the balcony is open), and the king-size bed is very comfortable. After staying for 2 nights, we decide to extend our stay. We asked to keep the same room without any problem. Staffs are very supportive and efficient, communicate in English is not a problem (and if they don’t speak English, they will help to find an English speaking staff to help you out!) During the holiday, we spent most of our time at the main pool, which has a poolside bar, we met a lovely staff. Khanh is extremely sweet, he not only spends his break time helping us take some couple pictures but also gave us a little Vietnamese style souvenir before our departure :-) About the surrounding, there is not much to do or visit. But if you are looking for a good relaxation holiday like us, we have had a nice experience here.

Its really worth the choice to stay here”
We take public taxi cost dong 4000000 from Lan rung resort to Melia ho tram resort about 30mins jounery due to the solely public transportation in this areas. Alternatively, Melia resort provides to and fro complimentary resort bus from Ho Chi Minh city with scheduled time slots. We had early checked in resort at highest 6th floor room with amazing garden view and sea view and lake balcony. The room is spacious with all necessary toilet amenities. We are deeply appreciated the wonderful birthday cake provided and all complimentary refreshement from level lounge and level pool and lastly, spa sauna and aromatherapy steam during our stay. This was a sweet memory holidays forever like a romantic movie. There are a big main pool and level pool for guest's playing. The 2 pools are very enjoyable fun to have lazy swim and lazy lying on cabanas or pool bench where you love. We had a wonderful and yummy lunch in breeze beach restaurant nearer to pool. There is no shuttle bus to nearby places which may be considered in nearest future. The breakfast spread are delicious and yummy to pamper guests at mermaid restaurant. The staffs service are cordially up to date of high standard professionals to welcome guests. Overall, the resort is highly recommended for staying for new and revisit local and international tourists.

I am very pleased with this hotel services. All staffs are very friendly, helpful, and excellent. I had a wonderful stay with my children. The BREEZA restaurant serves good food and cheap. The pool is stunning and the room is big and the bed is so huge and comfy. We love our stay.

Disappointed as cinema moved to beach nearby which is not as convenient as the previous location. I come back Melia because outdoor cinema is too expressive & warm that we can even enjoy the movie from high balcony. Current location is not suitable as it is nearby villa which actually requires private area while the building is not. Pls consider to relocate it to the old one otherwise visitor will consider for coming back

Location is of course close to HCMC. One of the newer resorts in the area. Lots of room options for couples. Nicely built & managed. Many options for dining as well. All restaurants are good. The pizza was excellent.
