Exceptional Relaxing Stay”
It was such an amazing stay that we extended our stay for another week! It's walking distance to coffee cafe, restaurants and Maliborro streets. The room was spacious, clean & nice view. The Wifi throughout the hotel & room was decent. There's time it's disconnect couple of times but it's bearable. Still good for working remotely or have business meeting. The breakfast was excellent - variety of food and great coffee! 1x of the reason i extend my stay. The pool was comfy and relaxing. Tried all the restaurants, bar & lounge in the hotel - all of them were excellent - the staffs were helpful, service was decent, foods and drinks were hitting the spot. The front receptions were informative and helpful. Did booked couple of tour via hotel travel agent, they were helpful and gave good recommendation and those tour we did was real smooth and had amazing times! We were really impressed overall. We would stay longer if not we had flight to catch.

A hidden gem close to malioboro”
If you are looking for a 5-star hotel within 200 m from the main road of Malioboro, then this hotel is for you. The main road is very busy, but you will feel praceful when you enter the hotel area. It has lovely garden and calming traditional gamelan music in the lobby area. The room is spacious with bathtub as the breakfast is also offers variety of dishes. The staff provides good services too. Would love to stay back in this hotel if I return back to malioboro

As the title says it, this hotel is ideally located near Malioboro, but away from the traffic leading to the famous shopping street. Walking distance even! Staffs are friendly and very professional. Totally enjoyed our stay there.

it is old hotel, but it is still OK. big room, clean and comfort. Variety of menu for breakfast, taste is so so. During my stay, was a big group staying there, so bit crowded during the breakfast.

Older style superior quality”
An older style hotel that has all of the luxury you need. We stayed at the executive level suite and the lounge feature was a dream. Being a quieter space. All staff are wonderful the outside garden, pool and bar are nice place to relax and unwind from a busy day out or to enjoy a lazy day.

I came 2 hours past check-in time but still had to wait for about half an hour to get my keys, thankfully the staffs were thoughtful and offered us cookies & welcome drinks. During the stay, we had few minor problems but all of the staffs were very helpful and solved the problems right away. Overall it was a pleasant stay, looking forward to coming back here.

We loved our stay at Gran Melia, location was definitely the reason why we chose it. But the staffs were super attentive and went out of their way to make sure they helped you out: such as bringing your bags every time you came in, opening your doors when you arrived.
