I like the big and spacious room with huge ready to use smart tv. Famous Al Baik restaurant, coffeeshops and park across the road makes it very convenient. On the negative side, the receptionist makes me feel that I am not welcome upon checking in.

Advantages: hotel location is good , has underground parking , staff is friendly. Disadvantages: 1- rooms carpet is not clean , especially under beds !!! Should be replaced with Parkeh or clean it very well. 2- I spent 3 nights without baby cot , because the hotel has only 2 baby cots and both were not available !! 4 stars hotel with 2 baby cots only !! 3-the baby cot came without matress !! And they sent blanket to use it as matress !! Very disappointing 4- make sure not to reserve standard room , because it will be located in ground floor where some rooms has bad smell (sewege)

I wonder where the 8 points rating came from!! One of the lousiest stays I have ever had in my life. The only good things about the hotel is the cleanness and the comfort of the bed. Other than that nothing is good. Amenities are scarce and not suitable, TV channels are almost not there, no electricity outlet in the room except those for lights, no telephone at the desk, not enough sunlight, too much unutilized space, breakfast is the worst thing anybody can expect, the staff is not very much friendly, and it looks weird to pay cash for the food, no tea bags or coffee sachet, just 2 small bottle of water is there.. over and above, the guest will need an IT person from the hotel to connect their laptop to the internet network.. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel at all..

Honestly, it’s one of the worst hotels in Riyadh. I really wonder how this hotel rated as a four-stars hotel! Two stars is the real rating for this hotel. Receptionists are not welcoming and smiling at all. The cleanness is very bad. The furniture is very old and dirty. The bathroom is dirty as well and The bidet sprayer holder is broken. The only thing that I’m satisfied about is the breakfast. Anyway, it will be my last experience at this hotel.
