Can not remember how many times me and my family have been staying at Melissa. But I’m very impressed since the first stay. Everything is wonderful, room, buffet, infrastructure, location and bla bla. Well trained staff with enthusiastic and helpful, specially is Ms Linh Ngo and receptionist who were taking care of my family a lot. Appreciated! Will do recommend to all :)

I booked a deluxe room with ocean view for three nights. The room was spacious, very clean and pretty well-equipped. The sea view was spectacular. I could even see the sea gushing and Vinpearl island while lying in my bed. The water was strong and sufficient, considering the room is on the 12th floor. The breakfast was acceptable, with a rather limited range of items, but generally tasty. The air-conditioning system was very good. What’s more important is that I was only charged for 90$ US for 3 nights, thanks to a discount on Agoda. Highly recommended. The only shortcoming was the rather bored-looking staff. If only they looked and acted livelier.

Melissa is close to the beach, you only have to cross the highway and walk about 2 minutes and you’re at the beach. There are shops nearby and easy to book grab when you need one. Facilities wise, the pool seemed forgotten (maybe because i went there in Dec) so no one wants to swim w/ how windy and chilly temp. The breakfast is decent and they clean up the room daily - not thoroughly though and they dont change sheets unless you request for it. I had to coz i stayed 6 nights. When i checked in, i had to call the reception to send someone to sweep the floor since there’s a lot of hair and food bits and other dirt. The staff are the best because they’re so courteous and accommodating.

Good price and nice location”
I stayed here many nights with my son. The hotel is clean and new. But there was one day 21/10, cleaners came to clean my room without permission. I was thinking to let them clean later before I go out at noon then I can keep all my things first. But I went down for breakfast and I didn’t put any sign to clean my room, they came already !!! The problem is I didn’t keep all my money, my credit card and all my belongings with me yet. I was so surprised when I came back room because I don’t feel safe with my stuff. 👎🏻

It's a very good view”
I booked for a sea view room, and I was given a room on the 11th floor. The view was really good. Everything around the hotel is close to walk, grabbing a taxi is easy as well. General experience was good, from the facilities to the service. Breakfast was okay, nothing really mind blowing. The ventilation in the dining hall should be checked tho, because i've noticed that the smoke from the open kitchen doesn't go anywhere. The service (the staff) are a little bit limited, the people are shy, maybe because their english is very limited, that's understandable tho. But little smiles for the guests would go a long way and make the hotel experience better. (which I only saw once through my entire stay). Would I want to stay again? Yes, I believe there are few things I would want to expect to change but it's negligible with the total experience I've got.

Location is great, right on the main street. We only stayed for one day, so hard to have a full idea of the hotel. But basically its great for the money as its during Covid-19 pandemic so the price dropped 70% In general, its just a everage-hotel-building, staffs were fine, nothing to expect much.

Good location but there s a big resort in front of hotel; taxi has to go straight then make a turn to reach the hotel. Small room but enough facilities except for a very unconvenient shower. Small cockroaches run in the room. With a discount price, this hotel is ok.
