The best of this hotel is location in cemter of everything since Riyadh is very big city. The place is clean and perfect for the price. I had one issue with one of staff was kinda rude saying that i had no booking i had confirmation couple days before arriving to the place. Overall great experience.

The location is great. The staffs were all nice. They automatically cleans your room even without asking for it. They don't have a fridge. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

This hotel is good for the General Local Clientele. If you are looking for Brand Hotels services and facilities, then this is not the one you should select. For the same price, you can get any brand name Hotel Chain and get better service. The Hotel needs an overall refurbishment; the furnishing is old, and probably not very clean; bathroom also not so shining or sparkling. It is just Ok. Needs overhaul as mentioned above. Reception is good, in fact very good. Breakfast was quite good. But overall room / halls / corridors conditions need refurbishment as stated above.

Our first room second floor 206 Junior Suite was not so good. It’s not that clean and there’s awful smell of sewage in the bathroom that spread throughout the room to the point that we cannot sleep anymore. Both TV were not working, sofas were old and quite dirty. Not much outlet for multi charging of gadgets. Appliances were old. In short it’s disappointing. On our second day of staying we changed room to 418 although it’s not the same as the Junior Suite but it’s so much better than the first room we had. Staff were considerate and quite nice. So it’s little less disappointing there.

Very nice and clean Hotel”
This is the second time we stayed in this Hotel. I like that the bathroom has a tub and shower so my son could take a bath. The staff are really friendly and attentive. The room was really nice and we had a lovely view over the city.
