wonderful new hotel close to the Opera house ”
I found this hotel in my search in Hải Phòng. It's so new that I found no reviews and not even on Goggle maps yet. I talked to the very helpful Ms. Trinh at the reception desk and she showed me the various rooms to determine my preferences. I quickly decided on a room and arrived the next day for a 2 night visit. My room was well appointed and the bed was wonderfully soft. There was construction of a park across the street but the soundproof walls were perfect in there giving me complete silence to the outside world. The management treated me to a nice fresh fruit bowl upon my arrival. The breakfast was included in my package and I was delighted with the assortment of food and the delicious Pho that was prepared for me. I loved the coffee provided and the day manager provided me with 250 gram packages of the coffee beans that they use from the South Central Highlands , with all of the details labeled on the package. The staff was very helpful and I'll return in the future!

the hotel is across a large park, it's pretty new but the hallway layout is a bit odd. During covid19 low occupancy , limited breakfast option. The room was supposed to be about 25 sum but felt smaller (maybe due to some furniture). Note that the hotel provides no hand soap in the rooms ( they bought a bottle for me but not standard). Near coffee shops , some restaurants and banks, 10-15 min walk to Vincom plaza

Menvra is in the city center, just few meters away from Starbucks and other known establishments. The hotel itself is well operated and the staffs are remarkably accommodating. Plus the breakfast is satisfactory except for the crab noodles which is superb. I will certainly comeback to this hotel in the near future. 👍👍👍

Some growing pains”
Staff were excellent. Sadly we encountered some issues. No soap in the rooms when we arrived!!! Soap didn’t get delivered until hours later. Floor in breakfast room was very sticky. We had two terrible nights sleep as the air conditioning wasn’t working the first night and stopped working the second night.

I book this hotel because it is right at the city Center. Just one thing no one tell me is there is construction right beside the hotel. I book there three nights and the first night I arrive with my family late evening on Friday night so I didn’t know about it. Next thing u know is morning at 7:50 am construction already on so loud I cannot sleep but need to wake go for breakfast. The breakfast here is no good it is better to go and eat outside. When I got back in the hotel the construction is still on and the noise is so loud and I call the front desk. I told them please stop the noise and after many calls the front staffs said they will and nothing happen so I went outside. I came back later on in the afternoon and told them about the construction and they said I should be kind to them and live with the loud noise. I told them u are cheating all the people who rent your hotel and no one know about this and this need to be disclosed. They said there will be no construction on Sunday. So I woke up next day Sunday morning construction just 7:30 am already loud I have to woke up again with my family. My kid only 3 year old and ít disturb our trip so much. The air conditioning in the room also not working. There is no window on the room and I pay a lot of money for the large room with great view. I call the staffs and talk to the manager and the manager promise me he will stop the construction because I ask for my money back on the last night and I will move to another hotel. He promises me giving me back a $8 dollar credit back each night and stop the construction I will hear no sound further on Sunday Around pm. He basically lie and at 4 pm construction still going on till 5:30 pm and next day construction noise very loud still on at 8 am and so loud I check out at 12 pm. This is the worst hotel ever they should compensate each one of us $200 a night for noise damage for us to hear this noise and this construction has been in last 6 months and it will take 1 more ye

El hotel es nuevo, habitación y baño muy amplios, el desayuno tambien es muy completo. Lo unico que anotaria del hotel es que es muy ruidoso, se oye todo lo que pasa en los pasillos y hasta cada vez que llega el ascensor a algun piso. Adicionalmente, el sector alrededor del hotel no hay mucho para ver, comer o conocer.

처음 하이퐁 방문이었는데 오전 시간대 직원 응대가 형편 없었음. 영어도 거의 하지 못하며 궁시렁에 화난 표정 때문에 하루 전체 기분 안좋음. 조식 포함이었는데도 레스토랑이 문을 닫아서 음식을 줄 수 없다고 함. 아니 뭐 이런 그지같은 호텔을 봤나. 호텔 자체는 나쁘지 않았는데 직원 응대 및 서비스가 더이상 나쁠 수가 없을 정도로 안좋음.
