Beautiful resort for special occasions. Unfortunately the pool was under construction so we couldn't use it but everything else was perfect. The breakfast buffet was incredible!

The staff are not professional!”
I just stayed in this resort for 2 nights. The room is nice and the decoration of the hotel is pretty. However, most of the staff can't communicate well in English. There is only 1 staff working in the lobby bar. If you need to order drinks, you need to approach the staff for the menu. When I checked out, the hotel helped me book a taxi. Since the pathway to the door is occupied by a private sedan and the hotel shuttle car, the taxi parked near the parking lot. The staff instructed me to go downstairs (around 40 ladders) to the parking lot in order to get in the car. It wasn't very thoughtful, for me, especially when I suffered from the muscle pain with my legs caused by the trail marathon I joined the day before. What a pity! There is definitely room for improvement in terms of the quality of their customer service. They should add more manpower during the breakfast time also. I saw that the used plates are not collected in every table.

This is a wonderful hotel, clean, well maintained, and charming all around, from the architecture and grounds, to the furnishings, and the staff uniforms it felt like a French villa nestled in the mountains. High tea and the huge breakfast buffet were real treats too.
