The hotel is very nice, the staff are lovely and kind. They communicate well with a smile. Take good care of the guests, feel special than tourists who come to visit only. I am very impressed with this. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, quiet. Last night I saw the Milky Way from the bedroom window. It was great. The staff can call the shuttle as soon as we want at an impressive price. Feeling very safe even though walking out of the building to take pictures of stars all around the hotel We are just two women but not afraid of danger at all

I stayed here 3 days ago(Sep 12, 2019), visiting Bana Hills. My family consists of five adults and five children. (5, 7, 8, 9, 13 years old.) This place was so beautiful as if it were in Europe. Each building was beautiful and full of fun rides. Also, all the employees who worked here were kind. So, my family planned a trip to Danang once again. I will stay at the hotel for 2 nights at leisure during the next visit. The hotel and Bana Hill were so beautiful and fantastic. I have a favor to ask an employee or manager to confirm this review. My family visited restaurant L'ETABLE on the night of September 12. (PM 7:23) My little nephew is using a braces for dental treatment. He took out the braces for a while to eat, and unfortunately left them at the restaurant. I need your help for this poor child. I want you to find the braces to continue his dental work. Please show your kindness to the child. I wish you to visit Mercury Hotel again with a happy heart for your kindness. Thank you!

Overall is just OKAY. The room and the view were so stunning and quite comfy for us. Also, the hotel staffs were very lovely, helpful and handy. However, the most disappointing thing was the buffet you served us in the morning. We stayed at your hotel for 2 nights and the breakfast was quite old. These were we noticed in 2 days.. - The sausages were refried, hard to chew and smelled slightly rancid. Moreover, some of them were completely burnt and bitter. - The salad was OLD and some of it was rotten. - The pancakes were burnt, which was nonsense because this was five-star hotel and it should be better than these cancer causing dessert. - We felt like all the breads had been used in every restaurant; they were just leftovers from another place and they just served us to save their money.

We had seven people and booked a total of four rooms. Front desk staff Sun (Hung) He is very polite, friendly and helpful! He is a handsome young man. It was raining that day when we checked in. We were all embarrassed and our clothes were wet. Fortunately, Sun (Hung) he upgraded our room. We are all satisfied. Sun (Hung), thank you very much! The breakfast staff was also very polite and helpful. The breakfast was buffet, Chinese, Western, Vietnamese, all very delicious! Dinner is also good, we will come back and recommend it to everyone. Beautiful hotel in top of the mountain. ”
Nothing to complain about: excellent service, clean rooms, friendly staff, great amenities (heated pool, great free breakfast buffet, discounted cable tickets). A nice experience for family. The entertainment park itself was quite crowded though, we were there in November (a slow tourist month) but the place id packed.

If you visit Bana Hills, I would recommend you to stay at this hotel instead of booking a one day trip I booked one night and stayed at Le Paris Hotel (Main building). The staff was helpful and lovely. They allowed me to early check-in and also gave me a coupon discount for the coffee shop to drink while waiting for the room. The room itself is nice and lovely. The toilet is separate from the shower and the facilities are nice. The towels are bedsheet are super clean. The bed and the pillow are the best ever. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Stay at this hotel, you will have the chance to go to the golden hand bridge in the early morning to take a picture without crowded and also taking a picture around. However, I visit there on the day that they closed the nearest cable car for the maintenance then I have to walk to the hotel for a while with the big luggage and also no one pick us up at the cable car so we have no idea where to go.

Awesome & Nice Hotel”
Thanks to the team for making our stay (anniversary) memorable and pleasant. We appreciate all the hard work as well as the decoration on our anniversary. The only way to reach the hotel is by cable car (estimation about 25 minutes), the longest cable car I ever take and I am afraid of it. After a Long journey, it is all worth the nervous and frighten of the cable car. The ambience of the French village is real awesome. It is cold during the night so remember to bring jacket. I would recommend to stay a night in this hotel when u r in Ba Na Hills. Kudos to all the team. 🥰🥰☺️

The staff were wonderful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t suit any one who is frightened of heights, the 20 minutes cable car ride is scenic though and I recommend it as a great place to stay.

Thank you to Mercure Danang for upgraded our room for our honeymoon trip. It's a great place to stay. Staffs are friendly. Environmenent is fantastic. Inside the room have lovely drawing on the wall. I like the jacuzzi bathtub inside the toilet. Lastly, thank you everything you do for us and not forget thank you for the honeymoon cake and greeting card.

Best idea when visit Bana Hills”
It was one of my best decision to stay at this hotel when I visited Bana Hills. Room is very nice. Heater is provided in every room. The only negative comment I have is that you get easily get lost especially during night time as there'd be heavily fog and not enough signage. Tip: Get up early and beat the crowd to take picture at the Golden Bridge before sit down for breakfast.

A night in a fairy palace”
My daughter loves fairytales and she wants to stay in a castle. Ba Na is a great choice for her. We spent all day playing and exploring in the fantasy park and the surrounding. Ba Na at night is quiet and very chill. We can fully enjoy the atmosphere and the vibe in Ba Na at night when tourists had left. I extremely recommend families with young children to stay at Mercure.

So crowded but it's worth your choices”
A lot of guest keep coming here during daytime but if you stay in hotel there in French Village. It would be the best experiences you might have. A lot of choices for breakfast buffet, at night you can have awesome night at strawberry buffet restaurant with live music band, dancing, two complimentaty german beer.... with aprox $15. Unbelievable ! !

What I can say more for this hotel? I really love and enjoy stay here, but sadly its only 1 night. The building is well maintained and still original. Staff is helpful, breakfast is ok, and although Ba Na Hills / Sun World itself has a game centre, this hotel also provide many facilities for your kid. Wish I can stay longer with my family. Very recommended!

1. Good point: a. The hotel itself is magnificent in term of design and view. b. Staff can speak multi-language. They can speak Thai, English (maybe Korean and Japanese also). c. Breakfast is full of choices. d. The room is equipped with soft bed and lots of amenties. e. At night, when all the area lighted up, the hotel is more stunning. f. Lots of entertainment activity. 2. Improvement area. When we first arrived, none of bellboys available to transfer luggage to our room. Plus, the way to the hotel is a slope. We were very tired and frustrated to carry luggage to the room. It happened not only to us but lots of families had the same problems. Even if the bellboys are available, this is a poor working ergonomics for them as well. Then, for the win - win solutions ( for guests, for staff) the hotel management should design a seperate way to move the luggage to the room. Overall, highly recommend this hotel, remember to pack light to move around easily.

I would advice travellers to at least stay here for a night to enjoy The French Village at night. I wouldnt regret it and I would advice and recommend it to my other friends too. The best part about this stay is the breakfast!! It was wonderfully done. The selection was great!!!
