The best staff we've come across at any hotel, notably the room cleaning service and front desk personnel. Very clean room, water bottles always provided, and easy to get around the city due to its excellent location. Highly recommend, and thanks for making our stay during Tet Holiday special!

The staff at Mercure were incredible and made local touring easy with concierge assistance. Although this kind of help was not required, the desk clerks made obtaining vans for my team’s exploration of the coast and onward transit to Ha Noi quite easy. The hotel property is impeccable, and the breakfast option is quite good!

Great hotel in the centre of Haiphong”
Really nice hotel. Good roof top pool for children, separate from the adults. Gym was nice and a bonus to have a sauna. Food was great but not a lot of choice for vegetarians, that would be my only criticism. A lot of the dishes could be made vegetarian in the breakfast buffet without much difficulty. Otherwise good coffee, great bread, good omelettes, bizarrely great bread pudding (unexpected!) and a really good range (veg excepted). Would definitely come back.

There was great experience with good room condition and high quality restaurant. Cleaning condition of room was quite good and restaurant at 6th floor served several kind of delicious food including korean food. Gym is located at top floor, it was enough to do exercise. And also i enjoyed city view at roof top pool. I will stay at this hotel, if i have change to visit at Hai Phong.
