Clean rooms. Location has an uphill walk”
Very neat and clean rooms. Staffs are friendly and professional. The location is just close to haram gate, only issue is that we have to walk uphill from and to haram. Need to take taxi for 400 mtr coz we had kids in stroller. The stay was very pleasant

Worthy Hotel”
Very nice worthy hotel stay. Price was very reasonable but hotel is on Jabal Omar Hill. Good 10-15 minutes walk to Haram. Beware that the hotel is on hill place where requires you to walk uphill and downhill both ways

My stay was in off season, therefore only few guests were there. A standard hotel with spacious rooms. All room amenities are there. The location is 10 minutes walk to haram and on a hilly area. The old people may suffer to go and come back from haram, but lot of taxi and line buses are available. Restaurants not working and haram bus shuttle service is not available due to off season. Allover, we enjoyed our stay.

Good option hotel”
This is good option hotel during last 10 days of Ramadan where all hotels near Haram is ridicilously over price. The distance is good but not for handicaped/old people because you have to cross the street and quite hilly. There is short cut to Haram through Anjum Hotel parking lots. The room is good as it is Accor hotel member.

Neat and clean but may not be suitable to elderly”
The hotel was very neat and clean. I needed an extra pillow late at night around 2 am, I called the reception and within 3, 4 minutes they sent the house keeping person with it. Also gave me a couple of hours extra for my check out timing. However, despite being clean there were some issues with the bathroom. The sink was leaking from underneath. There was no shower door to stop the water coming out onto the main floor and the shower is in such place that you cannot stop excess water coming onto main bathroom floor. However that was NOT an issue for me. I was there for less than 24 hours so it was alright. ADVISTORY TO ELDERLY: The hotel is close to Masjid al Haram but the hotel's route to Masjid Al Harram and back consist of hilly road. So elderly people as well as those with joint pain may need to look for another option. There are however taxis and private cars that take 5 riyals and drop you at Masjid Al Harram. I would stay again if I travel there in near future. 4 out 5 rating from me.

Great location, just behind Hilton in Jabal Omar. walking distance from Al Haram. Good quality rooms, however, no housekeeping on daily basis. Also, you do laundry by yourself either outside the hotel or by using the one available at the hotel which is for free (but you need to get the soap yourself. Anyhow, as a holy place, you shouldn't expect much from the hotels, but to sleep, rest, and take showers. They have a small desk for snacks. You manage your food from nearby restaurants, and there are ALOT :)

Good value for the price Pros: spacious room, accommodating reception staff Cons: wifi not working in room, overall clean despite few dirty spots in room, the way to haram is not far but steep hill up and down both ways. Not suitable for peope with compromised mobility. 15, 20min walk to haram gate, goes thru busy roads. breakfast was a disaster, cold bread cheese and olives, dont go for it. had coffee in lobby cafe You can use hotel as dorm , spend day in haram ,eat in nearby restaurants

Close distance to Haram. Friendly staff. Spacious and tidy rooms. I think the also got free shuttle service which runs anhour before namaz time. Value for money Cons. It has a small slope to climb to get to haram so wont recommend to wheel chair user. Unless using free shuttle service.
