Surprise Find”
We normally stay elsewhere here on Koh Chang, however, our regular place was booked and we ended up here. Within an hour we extended our stay to 4 nights. Staff, food, facilities and location are top shelf. Almost didn’t want to write a review and alert others to it because the quiet intimacy of this place is one of its many charms.

We had issue with A/C on first night, then staff assisted us with room change. Great hotel, nice view, good food, convenient parking lot, private, quite. Definitely revisit on April.

We stayed in the Pool Villa. The room was nice and clean. My kids loved the pool. The staffs were very polite and helpful. The only thing for us was the hotel location. Driving up and down for 40 minutes from the pier was quite something.

Very unfriendly Check-In”
As a Business Traveler with over 200 Hotel nights a (normal) year, I think that I know how a normal check-In should be done as I write the first time such a critic.. We been nice dressed and friendly and well prepared with the usual prepaid Agoda booking, except that I took the wrong credit card first for their requested deposit. We been handled as the lowest priced Chinese tour group members! I tried to tell the Trainee (on a real friendly way) that we are used to better friendliness, but the Lady Manager interfered with the same rude attitude. Check-out was done with a male Trainee, perfect/great and 5 star rating in all critics. I told the 2 Ladies from the check-in time: See, that what customers expect, friendly and efficient! The Lady's faces told everything. A shame that only 2 persons bring the whole rating of this place down! All staff from Parking to Housekeeping do their best to make customers happy! Small issues been handled perfect to our happiness. Especially the Restaurant Manager did a fantastic Job at Breakfast and Dinner times, a person to recommend for a 5 Star Hotel or fine dining restaurant!

Nice hotel in a quiet place in Koh Chang!”
We had the hotel almost by our selfs. Nice rooms, good size. We had the pool access, and the kids loved it. Nice food and great breakfast. Excellent service in the restaurant. Beach was not nice, not like expected. Rocks and cliffs everywhere, not a beach really. Pool nice, but closed a few days due to renovations. Unfortunately the hole hotel and the area all around Koh Chang was empty due to the covid and the time of year. Would be great to go there when things are up and running again.

the hotel is nice, the pools are nice but the beach is so rocky that it is impossible to walk into the sea. We have been here 7 year ago, than it was perfect. The should take more care about the beach.

Lovely resort, professional staff, over priced ”
Lovely resort, staff was so professional and helpful at all times, food amazing, however slightly over priced compared to other resorts. Bottles of Chang cost 3 times more than local shops . Stayed in the pool villa , enjoyed every minute, however the images online didn’t reflect the true picture of the room, needs painting at least. £100 a night was far to much, I think mecure is a lovely place, however over priced for the area and location , it would be a good idea to have a water fountain to save buying plastic bottles , opposite mecure is a lovely family eatery , food was amazing and cheap. Thanks mecure for a great stay .

The room itself has been looked after or renovated post covid. The room looked fresh. It smelled awful at first though. After 3 days of running the AC it smelt much better. The gardens and communal areas really need looking after. This was not what I expected from an international chain hotel. I would not go back until I knew for sure that time and money had been spent on renovations and upkeep. It's a shame as it has so much potential. Spending a week focusing on and taking care of the gardens would make sooo much difference, for example.
