Wonderful stay at Mercure Pattaya”
I was with my whole family 9 of us together. The location was perfect as it was just a minute away from the pattaya beach. The staff at the reception was very attractive and smart with a smile on her face made us feel warm welcome,we requested her to give us a top floor and she gave us the room on top floor with all family in the same floor,the porter handled our number of luggage smoothly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff cleaned it everyday. We also enjoyed our wonderful breakfast. I would recommend or will stay whenever i go back to pattaya. Thanks Mercure Pattaya for a wonderful 2 nights stay. 👌

Best pool in Pattaya”
Very comfortable bed. Room very clean. Breakfast was very good. The staff friendly. My children and I had so much fun in the pool. You can jump into deep water or slide in the waterslide and the baby pool is beautiful with another slide for baby. There is a second pool on the fifth floor if you want to swim or just relax.

Super fast internet and a clean room with very comfortable bed. The view from the ocean deluxe room is good but it's set back a few hundred meters so isn't like a 270 degree view or anything. Good proximity to nearby 7-11, restaurants, and beachfront road. No problems about having some guests in my room as well. Thanks!

Super hotel right in the middle of the pubs and clubs but a safe hotel for the wife and children. Great pool side facilities ring bell service for happy hour cocktails, no problems here for a week with grand parent who really found everything comfortable

Perfect One Night Stay”
Room was sufficient. The location was excellent. Did not make it to the pool but the bar was great. This is a family oriented hotel or couples hotel. So I would recommend a different hotel if you are planning on par-taking in Pattaya's adult entertainment nightlife. Many kids around which if you are looking for a place to stay away from all that stuff its great. Surprising clean grounds around the enclosed area between the Holiday Inn. You would not know you were in Pattaya. For a quality meal and sky bar the Holiday Inn is across the parking lot, I think on the 26th floor something. Cheaper than the other sky bars while being romantic but fun at the same time.

Stayed for 3 nights, 2nd visit here at this hotel. Very good for families with young children, good location - near to the beach and Terminal 21 just 5 minutes walk away. Central Festival Pattaya is also 5 minutes away by taking the local transport 'song taew'.

I was very nervous while I was arrived the hotel because the booking was not confirm through Mercure pattaya so, I got the best advice from front reception is name Pueng (คุณผึ้ง), she was very great helpful staff and help to advices us what to do and booked with very convenient support. I would recommend to stay here if you want to get the best service.

Beautiful hotel in Northern Pattaya”
A hotel is good for a family because there is an artificial water falling and water park for children. I disappoint about a breakfast because many kind of food look like a breakfast at a Ibis hotel that Ibis hotel price/night is cheaper.There is Terminal21 department by walking 5 minutes. Many kind of restaurants and shops are near the hotel.

Overall quite nice, breakfast might be an issue during high season”
The room was nice. The pool area had many activities which are suitable for younger and older children. The big water slide was quite fast and exciting. They also had a cliff jumping area. We stayed over the holidays. Breakfast management was unsatisfactory. There was not enough food to accommodate guests and the staff rarely refills. They should provide bigger food trays/faster refills to improve this but overall it was a nice experience!
