Great high end hotel at Vung Tau”
Lovely infinity swimming pool right next to ocean, unlike most hotels in Vung Tau which are located across the road before you reach the beach, Mercure Vung Tau is located right on the coast with a private beach. Food at the restuatrant is one of the best we have in Vietnam. Price of the room is quite reasonable. the only consideration is most higher end rooms are located on the 2nd or 3rd floor with no lift. So checking in and out with a heavy luggage will definitely need assistance.

As a family with young children, we always find it more difficult to travel than when we were couple or single. A nice location, all included services, nice facilities, beach front and a decent restaurant are all you can find at Mercure Vung Tau. You get what you pay here. Will come back

Previous reviews about small breakfast must have been during renovations (now finished) or midweek perhaps. Friday and Saturday morning breakfast were five star during our stay. Only complaint is there was no cushions for most of the outdoor furniture

spent four nights here and couldn't fault it. More than adequate breakfast. Very friendly staff. My room had a lovely view over the sea and the fact that the rooms were newly refurbished was also a bonus. Would recommend

A special in Mecure Vung Tau they have sea swimming pool water.... you can enjoy sea water in safe way and amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. I booked room with seaview and bacony in seaside, great enjoyable when wake up in font of beach and windy.. i will be back soon.

Best choice when you look for accommodations in Vungtau. Fantastic room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Very nice decoration room. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Ms Duyen - phenomenal service. Foods are good with the high price rather than eat outside but you buy a atmosphere and hi end service so it is ok. Just small constructive feedback regards the late check out as we would like to stay longer :)))

Pro: Private beach for guest, and not crowded. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Con: No lift, I’m staying at 3rd floor and have to carry down all our baggage (heavy) when check out. Nevertheless, the overall experience was Excellent & my GF love this hotel alot.

I spent 2 nights at this my favourite hotel in Vung Tau. To me, this is the best one here. Mercure VT has an elegant and colonial design, on the water and gets the best ocean view. If you are lucky enough, you may get a Delux ocean view room with a large balcony. If you travel with kids, this hotel is a rare one where your kids may run/play on the lawn!

Very nice but sadly reception is useless and rude. Tried to ask about free shuttle which was advertised on their Facebook page, but don't have. When asking for help to book bus they were only pushing for private car, refusing to do their job and help to satisfy customers. Extremely unprofessional.
