We both went 'heng ah' when we checkin this hotel as we were gonna stay here for two nights. This was a truly hotel stay as compared to another hotel stay we had on our first day in Melaka. Room was very clean with a very comfy bed and also a big and clean washroom which was up to our expectation. Free parking. Very friendly staff. There was a safe box too. The mini fridge in the room came in handy when we bought the famous layer cakes from Nadeje just two streets down the road. Most importantly, the price was the cheapest out of our 3 hotel stays, at about $S16/night only! We had a very satisfying stay there! This will be our hotel the next we visit Melaka again!

The room is so clean & comfortable for 2 person. Receptionist also very helpful. Gonna repeat here again if i come to melaka. Also will recommend to friends. Have lift which guest doesnt have to walk by stairs. Also have reserved parking so guest doesnt have to worry about being sued by Majlis. Complete with wifi, tv channel, safety box, mini refrigerator, hot drinks, water heater, hair dryer, shampoo, gel soap, clean towels, clean toilet, clean bed, no smelly room or bed or toilet. Overall a good job owner!!!

I'm booked for 3days. And i enjoyed.. 1) housekeeping, for those 3 days we had housekeeping.. everytime we went out,just 📌 symbol housekeeping,and they done theirs job...they changed towel each days.. vacuum.. 2) packing spot is best things.. good packing spot. 3) washroom, cleaning overall 3 ⭐ only. Hot water is best part... 4) many places near to this hotel.. just maps n go 5) i recommend this hotel.. Worth for many. 6) staff also friendly.

The receptionist serve us very well. Get a room at ground floor just next to the reception counter. The room is clean and the setback is the aircond got weird sound. We highlight it during our check out. Free parking just under the flyover for Mercury and also Venus Hotel. Need the hotel card to scan in order to park inside. Walking distance to Mahkota Parade. Nadaje just 2 row behind the hotel. Overall good for those who plan to have a short vacation.

Budget but EXCEPTIONAL”
Staffs are friendly and kind, willing to answer all of my questions. Parking is provided under the flyover locsted just opposite to the hotel. Parking is accessible using room access card, do check in and get your card before going into the parking area. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Hotel is walking distance to several attractions, including Jonker Walk. It is a budget hotel, but exceptionally good service and rooms provided. Highly recommended.

My first time tried this budget hotel. Not so bad. Room was clean, got mini fridge and hair dryer. Location: walking distance to Pahlawan walk, menara taming sari, mahkota parade. Every Friday-Sunday, you can walk to uptown. Parking: they will give you room access card which can be use for free parking as well under bridge in front of the hotel. You can park in the lot for free only on Monday, Tuesday and public holiday only.

Located at Jalan PM3, easily reachable via Jalan Syed Abdul Aziz. I love the location, as it is very convenient: within walking distance to almost all nearby attractions (Jonker, museums, Dataran Pahlawan, Mahkota Parade, and all the street foods nearby), and for driving too, it is easy to go out and return via a few main roads. The hotel provided free parking space. The only minor stuff which could have been improved is my room (313), the facilities were a bit ruined: the water heater was lost of control (suddenly too hot even I only open a little bit), the door was difficult to close (sometimes it get stuck & have to forcefully close it & resulted in a big noise), and there was no toilet paper provided. On weekend, when there were a lot of visitors, it can be quite noisy, as the soundproof was suboptimal, we can hear the next door chatting & the noise from TV next door. Overall, we are happy with the stay, and definitely will stay here again in our next visit to Melaka

I stay here for rm69/night. The room was clean, and i was satisfied with the size of the room, and all the amenities provided. Clean, cheap, comfortable and and easy to park because they provided free parking under flyover.

Located about 200m-300m from all main attractions in Banda Hilir. Parking one's car is not an issue, parking lot available right in front of the hotel, right below the flyover. No fees. Dataran Pahlawan Mall, Taming Sari tower etc just within walking distance. Keep in mind Banda Hilir doesn't offer much parking lot, so walking from one attraction site to another is more convenient. Many local restaurants nearby. Nice interior deco, clean room, towel, blanket sheet. All basic facilities like AC, hot water, mini fridge work well, wifi available in all room. View from the window, not much. You'll be seeing the (mentioned) flyover right in front of you. For 1 night stay, yes, highly recommended.

Actually my stay is for 2 Night for 2 rooms, but then something happened on the first night for 1 of the room. So we decided to check out early 1Night.But the staff is helpful and understanding the situation happens. I love the location and room. Maybe for those that have brave mentality and can deal with mystic situation no problem to stay here. Just that problem, we cant control that.

Can be more flexible with extended late checkout. Other hotels/inns nearby provide extended late checkout until evening (6-7pm) with additional charge of RM50 but Mercury is only extending the extended late checkout until 3pm at RM50 which is quite expensive considering normal checkout time is 12noon to 1pm. Do consider providing extended late checkout until 6-7pm with additional charge of RM50.

The Right Hotel to Stay”
I'm very satisfied to almost every aspects. Room is clean, quite spacious, have big windows, have parking space, 6-10 mins walking distance to many attractions nearby. Downside is the wifi is quite slow, and there's no other toiletries provided other than liquid soap and shampoo. But that doesn't bother me as much. Overall, I'm happy with the stay and will consider this hotel again on my next trip to Malacca.
