Worst accommodation I’ve ever been!”
After booking a studio for 2 adults and 2 children, I found out that there was only 1 double bed in the apartment. No extra sleepsofa, no mattress nothing. When asked where my children should sleep, the answer was on the floor! So after a long night journey I had to book an new hotel with tired children in the middle of the night! It was the first time Riyadh since opened for tourists, but definitely last time ever! This hotel is such a shame for the county and it’s touristic aspiration!

The bed made a lot of sound and want comfortable, the elevator broke down one while I was in it, & this shouldn't be called a hotel it's rather a furnished apartment.

Over charged”
I booked for two nights and paid the full amount when I checked in through my credit card. The receptionist asked me more money when I was checking out saying that Agoda charged me less amount. I had very bad experience.
