Good value for money”

Stayed here for second time. room very neat and clean. Water pressure is good. Hot/cold water dispenser, ironing facility and surau is available on the floor. 2 restaurants ikan bakar at both ends of the building. Mini mart and breakfast mamak also next door, in addition to roadside nasi lemak stalls nearby. Parking is plenty. Teluk Kemang Beach is around 1 km away.

We stayed for a night here and it's quite central to most of our planned activities locations. There were restaurants, mini market and even a clinic right downstairs of this hotel. The staffs were very super helpful when our car battery died on us. Oops. Luckily we got it recharged for 1 hour with service from lianfook tyre service shop nearby and we only paid RM25 (5 charging + 20 workmanship)! The beach was opposite the hotel and it's only a walking distance down the road. There's a petrol station just opposite the hotel too. Overall we were satisfied with our stay here!

It was a last minute booking - since it was an unplanned trip. Staffs are very friendly. Refundable deposit (cash) RM50. Room & bathroom so clean! Minimalist design. Very cool aircond. TV with various channels. Cuckoo water filter provided. Kettle , cups & bottled mineral water provided, but no coffee & tea (perhaps you can ask receptionist). Strategic location! Easy access to everything you need - located next to Baden Bundle. Literally 3 mins away from delicious Nasi Lemak warung (KDK) ! Will come again!

Worth the money.”

This hotel is among the cheapest yet really comfortable. Quiet spacious and decent superior room for couple. Worth each pennies spent. I would highly recommend this hotel either for a short stay or more. The staff were really friendly. Alhamdulillah. Besides the entrance is Mesra Dobi, Mamak, Mesra supermarket. All in one place. *They got Mesra restaurant as well, but perhaps the staff were on holiday so it was closed during our stay. Thank you Mesra Boutique Hotel. Thank you Agoda.

Pro: Spacious room with nice beds. Nice location, few minutes drive to beach and Pusat Hiasan Ikan. Convenient store, restaurants and Dobi at ground floor. Shower with high pressure pump. Toiletries provided. Electric kettle, instant coffee, sugar sachets provided. Towels and hangers provided. Easy check-in and check-out processes. Con: No hook for clothes in bath room. Water tap slightly broken (got sharp metal chip need to be careful when use) but still functionable. Next to main road, so quite noisy if cars/motorbikes passed by. Recommended if you look for budget hotel to stay.

Last minutes book and worth it”

Can be better. The toilet door need to add oil so that it wont be so noisy when open and close. Didnt realise the window is not closed until night time when some car parking downstairs alarm rang for almost 30 mins. Loud and clear until i woke up at 2am. They have Cuckoo water filter which is really good for me to refill cold and hot water. Parking wise, you will find it a bit difficult to find when dinner time and night time when hotel is fully booked. So far still manage to get parking slot easily when wait for few minutes. Most of the car park to go for laundry and dinner at famous seafood shop near the hotel. The seafood shop is not that good but due to famous shop. There are more nicer food than this one. The seafood shop is full of flies and when u walk to the toilet, u can see the flies all over the fried squid. Back to the hotel, cheap and good for rest when a day at beach and remember, this hotel is not for you to enjoy hotel facilities. Overall a good last minutes book for rest, clean up and recharge.
