for 3⭐ the service is good. room is cozy enough, services and staffs are great, facilities are nice enough, and I like how they clean up the room. The things that could be improved are amenities (better bring own shampoo & soap) and some stuffs quality (bedding and the working table seems old, pillow is too hard).

I love it! Staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for 1 person. Cleanliness needs improvement. The bedsheets had visible black marks, the toilet and sink were dirty. Parking lot is always available with helpful security to guide you to park. Breakfast is not recommended though. The food was dry, bland and doesn’t looks good. The jam section was messy and unappetizing. I decided not to take breakfast anymore and prefer to eat outside.

I clearly stated that I want to get a room with a view to the boulevatd. Instead, I was given a room with a view of the side of the hotel. In general the hotel meets the standard size. The wifi connection is good. The location is in the middle of the city. Unfortunately, I only have 9 hours in this hotel because I have to work. What is extraordinary is that the security fellow,Suryaman who kindly showed how to use the services of abang beca at the hotel.

We stayed for one night at Superior King room. The room looks quite old and the cleanliness in the room is also below average. The good thing about this hotel is the breakfast assortment and the garden at the back of the hotel. The rest is so so

Authentic Cirebon hospitality in a modern setting”
My family and I stayed at the Metland Hotel's suite room for two nights. We requested for an extra bed, but it was not set up by the time we arrived at the hotel. No worries, as the staff quickly installed it in our room and we only had to wait 15 minutes. The rest of our stay at the Metland Hotel was splendid. The restaurant serves a variety of traditional Cirebon food alongside the typical Indonesian cuisine, and guests may order from the ala carte menu 24/7. The hotel also hosts plenty of activities on ground: batik shopping, archery practice, al fresco dining, selfie points, etc. We felt at home when we were at the Metland Hotel.
