You can chill out at their sky bar at 7th floor during the night time. The city view from the sky bar is absolutely stunning!! In the morning, you can also enjoy the breakfast at the 20th floor while enjoy daytime city view. The food option is plentiful and love the varieties there.

Brand New Hotel with superb food ”
Its a brand new hotel. I can tell from the smell of the paint. Everything is so clean. The staff is very nice. They get an iron deliver to your door step. Water pressure is also good. It even near the city. The most satisfying thing is their food. I had taste everything for breakfast buffet. Kudos to the Chef, they have the best bihun goreng Ive ever had. Im surely comeback for the service.

Strategic place”
It has easy access to the ipoh town. My room has no window but its okay because i stayed there for sleep only. The linen provided is clean, the bathroom is alao clean and the room is too. Maybe the hotel want to consider for providing new linen such as floor mat/towel as it is already used well and torn. The breakfast was nice.

Early Check In”
As we arrived very early and requested for early check in, we don’t see that is not possible as there are still rooms not occupied. Fortunate we have relatives that helped. Else we are stuck by the way your email reply gave us false hope. Besides, we also check out early to leave to airport. So with extra contingency rooms that most hotel will standby, I regret this point is poor service. Hope the next time we book again, this is improved.

Great place to stay with great views”
A good place to stay in Ipoh, it is near the highway exit and also near shopping malls, restaurants & cafes, shops with McD & Petronas just next door. It has a really good city view. The only issue was the indoor parking, it is really narrow and not much space, not for newbie drivers.

Overall is good, staffs are friendly & helps. The housekeeping department need to improve. I requested clean up the room,the bed sheet didn't change. The bed sheet still have didty n cover pillow have smells. But the staff give big help after I complained. They very fast to help me solve the problems.
