I've stayed in this hotel for 4 days and my feedback won't be that positive. About facilities I can't say anything bad, as the hotel is nearly new. All the stuff and furniture are new. But I believe that people who work in the hotel should tell tourists to treat things with care, not to scratch the walls and not to put something dirty on the bedsheets. The wall were covered by scratches, bedsheets and pillows had numerous stains. One more thing that "surprised" me in a bad way - when I just entered the room, I felt a strong smell of cigarettes. I'm not a smoker, and as I know that was a non-smoking room. So why do the staff allow people to smoke in the room? Why should I feel the smell of pillows and blankets soaked with cigarettes' smell? Also one moment related to cleanliness: maids didn't pay much attention to proper cleaning and I feel that they only threw out the trash and refilled free water in bottles. "Special" words I can say about reception: Only one lady in a black suit was quite friendly and tried to support me when I was telling her about my problems. The other team members were quite rude and unfriendly, laughed all the time when I just entered the lobby and showed lack of professionalism. There was also a boss who was the most unfriendliest person among them. I cannot understand what was wrong with my requests, if she started complaining, discussing it angrily and tactlessly with her teammates in Vietnamese. Also, I do not recommend to rent the motorbikes in the hotel, as they haven't been maintained for long time. I wanted to save time by renting bikes in the hotel, but instead I've received the bikes that start "coughing" when you go uphill. The most interesting thing that I changed two bikes and the situation was the same. Was it so difficult to take care of them and not to let customers get in troubles with them? Luckily it didn't ruin my great resting in Da Lat, but next time I will definitely book an another hotel.

And when we come to your room to check before change the new room, you had confirm that no smell in your room at that time. And all team that show you no one smoke when them breath. We have try our best to resolves your many kinds of problem. And we must ask Agoda Customer Service to help us to explain that. The truth is the truth. Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel, penalty fee is 20$ when there are guests smoking in the room it was showed in our Hotel Regulation. And it's our standard not to accept smokers in our staff. Sincerly.
