The hotel is nice, food is terrible but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Would I stay here again? No but the 2 nights I did stay there was relatively comfortable

The room is comfortable and amenities are great. The recommendations for improvements are: 1. Due to the location of the hotel, the windows insulation is key to a good night's rest. It would be great if the hotel can upgrade this feature. 2. The level and the colour of the lighting should also be adjusted. An addition or switch to warmer tone would make the room more relaxing.

Very good hotel. Extrememy poor breakfast”
Luckily and to our surprise, We got upgraded to a suite room. It was very very impressive. Large sofa with tv, separated froma huge bedroom. Hot shower and nice tub. With all this being said, the breakfast was appaling. There was limited choice and poor in quality. By the time we arrived, about 8am, there was almost no fried egg left. We saw more eggs being cooked but they werent served on the hot plate. There was absolutely no pork in the pork congre/kao tom moo. Those arrived at 8.30 got the same food we had. Kitchen staff looked busy but no more food was added. Noticeably the dining room supervisor was very busy making sure things run smoothly but failed to observe tiny detail. For example the butter was initially sitting on ice but eventually floated in water as the ice melted. We felt that we would better off having breakfast elsewhere. Still the hotel room was very impressive.

A good location”
The facilities not completed. Toothbrush and toothpaste is not in the toiletry line-up. And the room was dimly lit. I need task lighting for reading. However, it's a good location where close to Lelux Hospital. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

Great people, bad choice on my part”
If you are looking to enjoy all Bangkok has to offer, this is not the place. It's location is too remote from all that Bangkok offers. Staff at this establishment were wonderful though. The rooms and hallways were incredibly dark, you could literally pick up and carry out the in-room safe in my first room, and shower water was tepid at best. Good place for business stay I think. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were great: incredibly helpful. In sum, my decision not to stay the entire length of my booking (I left 2 days early) was premised on my mistake, not the hotels. I read the reviews. Next time I will be more careful in choosing a more appropriate location for my travel needs and expectations. Thank you to the staff who relocated me to a better room with a functional safe and to the manager who helped arrange transportation back to town.
