Its very close to gate 17 and 16 (women) of Medina's haram. The rooms are also nice, clean and the breakfast was ok too. Nothing bad for us :) Enjoyed our stay

My only problem was they were slow in delivering any service, such as housekeeping. And the internet was terrible. It actially tells you the maximum number of users have been reached, please try again later. And even when you finally connect, the quality is very poor.

Decent staff, but long delay in service either at room or at restaurant. Great infrastructure but long queues in front of elevators. It’s highly recommended at low seasons.

Great location,spacious but the house keeping was not good.The first day we had to ask for cleaning 4 to 5 times,atlast at night we saw the staff cleaning another room and we asked him to clean our room and we were waiting at the corridor till he finished.The cleaning is not good at all.

I usually stay here when I am going to Madina but this time it was disappointing stay. Things are getting worse. Many basic necessities were missing from the room, like sleepers, bathrobes, iron stand. They give shampoo only, No lotions or conditioners. Could not find Parking space for 2 days. Very bad experience this time.

The hotel is good. But needs renovation. There are some facilities need yo be fixed like lighting, the shower, the bed .... Thr carpet is very old You have to request everything including slippers. Even the soup and shampoo were much more better in previous visits
