Great hotel but understaffed ”
I like this hotel. I want to love it. The lack of staffing though caused a number of problems—TV didn’t work, I ordered the Iftar set menu and they only delivered half of it and tried to overcharge on it. Luckily, they were quick to rectify the problem with the meal. On the plus side, it is very clean and those staff who were there were very friendly and responsive.

Hotel is just beside airport, clean and nice staff. Unfortunately we went to hotel 1 am for check in and they didn’t know which room is empty, gave us a room’s card twice and guests where already there! Ultimately they found a room!

Rooms are very nice. Laundry service dissapointing, 80% not delivered at agreed time. Breakfast is good, but lunch/dinner poor quality. Many items on menu not available (90% of deserts). Room is only cleaned when requested.

salam.. halo... my aunty n husband want flight back to jakarta, but they want stay in this hotel because next day flight on morning , and the bad one, the resepsionist rejected them to stay because they use umrah visa, how hotel in near airport do like that. of course people will use the hotel because want back from umrah.. the worst experiences ever ..

Hotel is used by Saudi Airlines staff so the overall facility is very clean. The hotel shuttle is always parked outside in fromt of exit no 3 as it need to pick up the airlines crew members. If its not there then it will come in 5 mins. Its a ideally option if u taking flight to ur onwards journey. But overall its very far from city. It might work if want to rent a car for ur stay. The breakfast option is a must to have as its out of the city and it take forever to get anything delivered with Hunger Station App plus the deliverycharges are insane like 23 SAR for an Al Baik order. The staff in restaurant are a bit rude though and need training how to deal with international travelers. There is no shuttle for masjid Al Nabawi but u can take the Public Bus no 400 from the airport which runs every 20 mins n drops u in the North Main entranceof Masjid but then taxi will also drop u off over there only. Careem will alsways charge u extra 20 SAR for airport tax. South careem stop is a mess as there is construction in that area and takes forever to get dropped off.

The Hotel bed need upgrade. Shuttle to and from Airport is great plus walking distance is convenient. The availability of transport is difficult at Prayer time for Masjid Nabawi but the bus is good alternate for younger people. Good alternate for short stays or during peak seasons.

I had very nice time at the hotel, everyone of the staff & everything was excellent. Don’t forget to include free breakfast when booking your stay, It has a very large and delicious Menu. The restaurant has a hookah Bar attached and its adorable to see people eating & smoking there. Food is reasonable and good. For People staying here, it’s a 100 SAR including tip for a cab to Masjid-E Nabawi. Airlines crew can be seen everywhere in the hotel. Will be back again when in MADINAH In shaa Allah.

It’s a great hotel, the Airport parking is 50 Feet away, so u r as good as in Airport , The free shuttle is on call . Don’t forget to include free Breakfast with a very big Menu & The Hookah lounge along the restaurant is very cosy and a nice and economical experience. The hotel is always full with Aircraft crew. Would definitely stay when back again, U need book in advance as extending your stay on weekends cost 25% more.

It’s a stay worth your money. Don’t forget to include free Delicious Breakfast with a very large Menu in your Hotel Booking, It’s something not to miss. They have a restaurant with Hookah available, it’s so nice and cosy and u will love having food and variety of tea & coffee available. Airport Shuttles are at your call, It’s a must stay if you’re in MADINAH. For transit passengers, The Airport parking is 100 feet from the hotel. I wish them the best and thank them for giving us the best service.

A walking distance to the airport . The room is spacious , the bed is comfortable. A nice 5 stars hotel . However , the room service menu and food quality could be improved. No shuttle service to haram is provided. Uber coats around 36 riyal to get there .
