Although the hotel is a little bit far from Al Haram, but the very prompt response from all staff members and 24-hour transportation to Al Haram make of it a good place. Additionally, the surroundings of the place are totally good for the needs of a family.

About 1.5 mile from Haram and kabba. But the hotel has shuttle service every hours so was not bad choice for the price. Overall very good and comfortable stay.

Pleasant stay”
The hotel were booked for a night just to try once during Ramadan on May 26, 2018! The buses from Hotel to Haram (Ghazza Parking) is an option but takes about 10 - 15 min. and return is 5 - 10 min. There was no Tea or Coffee and Water bottles in the room, upon asked several time they just provide few tea bags with sugar only. The kettle was leak and high risk of electric shock! There was small size cockroaches died in the room floor & few flies and be found in the room as well! The price i have PAID was reasonable as compare to other hotel in Ramadan! But overall i do not want to post my bad comment or disappoint other not to check-in, This happened with me in room # 454, Might be other room are well maintained!

Location is far from the holy mosque. The building looks old however the rooms are clean and well maintained. Beds are just ok. Checking up was fast. Ac works well. Room condition is good. Size of the room was good. Food I didn't eat can't say much. The shuttle remember you don't get dropped infront of the holy mosque instead you are dropped at the bus station and then take the bus to the holy mosque. The total journey of 20 to 25 minutes. Restaurants and supermarkets are around. All in all an acceptable hotel. Would i stay again i would say yes.

The lobby is very good and spacious. There are multiple eateries nearby and makkah mall is also not that far. The room was not that good as expected and as it should have been after seeing the lobby. Quite a bit small. The bus to haram drops at a far away point but all the buses drop you off there so it balances out.

Good shuttle service, clean rooms nice location, only things was no privacy of sound, we could hear all the sounds in and around the room and elevator sounds too, make sure diviner or breakfast is checked, they have good buffet.
