Unexpected for the cheap price that you pay”
Love hotel, simple but yet serve more than i expect with the price. Really worth it. Will repeat my stay in the future. Why i like this hotel? -strategic location- have own cafe, local restaurant nearby, mitc , attractions like taman buaya etc. -room is clean -got discount card for taman buaya etc -breakfast is nice, not to expect like five star hotel but the food served is delicious -pool :my kids love it so much.

The service from the hotel is great and the staff whom i requested for the receipt/invoice after 1 month of stay due to lost of invoice, is very helpful and friendly. She even call back again to confirm that i received the receipt after she send in less than 1 minute. This is great and excellent customer service! The hotel interior is quite inpressive as compare to the price paid and clean as well. Pool just nica for young children with limited space during peak season

Hotels with good SOP implementation during PKPP time. Rooms with signage already sanitized. Check in late about 9++pm. Get complimentary drinks coupon but last at 9pm ask the counter girl if still available and she call the coffee house and its still available for us 4 persons. Nice and clean rooms

I stayed at room 321 from 21-23 feb 2020. What can i share the staff hospitality was amazing. Start from bellman, receptionist, housekeeping everyone gave a great service. You will feel like entering 5 star hotel. Even though my bathroom have a little bit leaking but is never mine, i just forgot because of their hospitality. My kids also enjoy the swimming pool. What can i say after this you will have a regularly customer :-) Thank you for your great service.

I'm taking room for double (large bed). Facilities good..only shower room and toilet bit small. For small size person like me, it is ok. But might be non comfortable for big size person. Overall, cleaness ...staff. ..facilities... aircond..light..excellent. TV channel need to improve. Satisfied 5star

Decent hotel, ample of parking space”
We decided to stay here for the night as it has pool slide for children. The pool slide is well maintained, my kids enjoyed their time there. Breakfast is also decent, portion is huge and taste wise is not bad. Parking is free, either nearby the entrance or across the road. Room is so-so, quite small even for a family room, not very soundproof as you can hear noises from other room as well. No standing table but there is a folding one attached at one if the wall. Tv channels, water heater, amenities are all good. The only downside I notice is the lift, on the weekend there are more people, hence have to wait for a longer time since there are only 2 lifts available. Overall, i would give it a 4/5 rating based on my personal experience.
