Top class hotel in good location”
Very friendly staff. Clean, big rooms and fairly Central location. I had a car so was really easy for parking and getting around the area. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Breakfast is already inclusive on a very affordable hotel price. Hotel is clean and have friendly staffs. Guests have to bring hair dryer as it is not provided.

Good hotel but need more improvement”
The hotel is good, the location is ok, but only the staff where the problems started. Not all the staff but some staff did not understand english, they did not behave nicely, especially at the breakfast room. Rude, did not understand english, and a bit stupid. The hotel management should manage these kind of things onward if they still need a good rating from customers. There is no kettle in the room, no coffee/tea provided in the room, and the breakfast is horrible.

Near to River Kwai Bridge”
Traveled by car, it is quite near and convenient to River Kwai bridge and have the chance to see the day and night view at the bridge. Unluckily the room's air conditioner faulty at midnight, staff immediately checked and exchanged the room and allowed to leave my stuff in existing room and pickup the next day. Breakfast is normal but the breakfast area is located beside garden, the environment is very good. But there are mosquitoes in room, need improve of this.

Nice rooms, looks recently remodeled, LED lighting. Friendly & helpful staff. Good breakfast, more than filling, i enjoyed the cream soup! Not bad for price. So, there is no elevator and 4 floors. There are 3 buildings & convention hall, only one bldg used due to low volume from pandemic. Visiable deterioration to other bldg nextdoor. Had to ask for hot water to be turned on or whatever. New large skate park built on property, nice. Once was really nice and still could be after pandemic.

Very average hotel”
Hotel location is not good. Room is average, with some laminate flooring coming off loose, toilet door is also old, toilet bowl is also small and not comfortable. Aircon takes a long time to cool down the room. But 1 good thing is that the room is equipped with smart TV and wifi is ok. Breakfast is very normal and taste is very average. I will not stay at this hotel in the future, there are other better hotel at similar price. I will go back to 28th hotel in future when i visit kanchanaburi.

Brand New Room”
It just finished the renovation a month ago..i was still smelling the room paint which is quite disturbing. However, it is a super brand new room with a very dusty floor..made my feet turn black...;( they should improve about the room cleanliness. The design of the room is modern..i like it and also hv many parking spaces..not a very expensive hotel and quite a nice place to stay once if u like modern style hotel(no insects,white concrete rooms).

The room is clean and renovated. Toilet style is cool but the flushing was terrible. The hotel has to improve. Breakfast is OK. There are boiled rice, rice, noodle, bread, Thai traditional tea, coconut desert. Value for money.

Covid recovery”
Mar 2022 Thailand just opened for tourist. Huge hotel facility and we were the only guests at times, dozens on weekend. Several floors, no elevator. Nice, clean facility, grand at one time, friendly staff. There was no hot water til they turn on the boiler for us. Breakfast was good. Location was unique, down a few block off main street to large hotel complex. Hotel built an elaborate skate park across the street for community which just opened when we were there.

L'hôtel est tout refait à neuf et possède une très jolie piscine. Idéal pour se relaxer après des journées de marche. Il est malheureusement très excentré et les employés ne parlent pas un mot d'anglais. Mais c'est le charme de l'Asie !

Eigenlijk een congrescentrum. Dus geen bar met dranken. Ook best ver wandelen van wat er te doen is en ver weg van eetstraatjes en nachtleven. Wel rustig. Engels kunnen ze bijna niet.

室内綺麗なホテルです。 シャワーのお湯が、熱々にならなかったのは残念ですが、 朝食もそれなりで、価格とバランスは取れてると思います。 小さいながらプールもあります。 大通りから中に入った、静かな所にあります。 また次回も利用したいと思います。
