Amazing Hidden Gem”
I was skeptics when we drove by the plaza close by thinking the hotel would be a bit of a dump but I Was WRONG! It is one of if not THE cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. They obviously take pride in taking care of the property. We stay in the last room on the top floor with a view of the pool 2206 I think. It was modern and beautiful. Pool was warm and well watched. They were firm on policy of bathing before entry which i appreciate. Kids had a blast fishing with bamboo rods. The bait lasted longer than the kids did! Live music was great. Seafood buffet was delicious and everyone was so friendly. The game room was fun too. It’s close to the grocery in case you need medicines or toiletries, literally a five minute slow walk! I suggest getting the grab app as the ability to hail a taxi is hard since you’re not on a main road. It’s an absolute stunning property, like a Spanish villa. All bathrooms were so clean with toilet paper!!!

I stayed first time for 2 days.I realy favorited this hotel. I really love this atmosphere!! Because There are a lot of beautiful garden every where So I could see various flowers. When the room`s window to open I can see small lovely courtyard. And, Hotel servis was so great.Every staff was really kind and friendly, They are quick to respond. So I spended so comfortable all the time. Of course, every meal was very delicious.and also and also the room was lovely. I really love this Atmosphere. I want to recommend to person who like flowers. I would like to stay longer than this time next time. Thankyou.

Discrimination on Breakfast buffet”
Excellent value for money, clean place and approachable staff. But when we have our breakfast we were advised to transfer to another table twice. When we got to the table there was no hint that it was reserved or someone was already been there. We were just advised to transfer to another table with our plate on hand scouring the place on where we are going to eat our breakfast. I don't know what it is but I think we were discriminated that time.

The ambiance was perfect. The garden is well maintained and the place is very refreshing. The room is spacious and very clean. I love the environment and the facilities like the game room and the kids room. I also love the complimentary drinks that they serve. The place is just really perfect if you want peace, a spacious clean and green place and if you want a breath of fresh air.

The staff are approachable, helpful and courteous . The rooms are clean and housekeeping staff are professional. The swimming pool/lap pool is of descent size and well maintained. The restaurant is very good. The hotel grounds are excellent, with well maintained gardens. So far our favourite 4-star hotel in Cebu City. We will surely stay here again.

My family had stayed at this hotel for longer than I can remember or have been alive. It has been a safe haven from the stresses and difficulties of long distance/international travel. We stayed and revived nothing but the best the staff had to offer in service or experience. I am impressed that the staff did them selves proud and maintained such a high standard throughout our stay. Amazing venue and great value for money”
I don't usually give a venue all 5 stars but this place deserved it. Accommodating staff, amazing facilities, fantastic food, and great value for money, what's not to like? It's a large venue with beautiful gardens, the breakfast buffet offers a huge selection and it's a short walk to the shops for any grocery items you may need or restaurants. There's a playroom for the kids and 2 pools to choose from. The only disappointment was how far our room was to the pools so we had to trek through the whole hotel to get there, including going through reception.

My wife and I held our wedding reception here in Montebello. And we thank Ms. Rena for all of her help. She definitely took part in making our night possible and amazing. We did not have any trouble with the rooms and the venue (The Glass House). The rooms were amazing, the staff were hospitable and friendly, and the food... So good! my only concern about that were the flies. There were a lot of them. A minor thing. Our stay was great and we are very happy to have chosen this place.

I have stayed at many hotels in Cebu (no names, but all of the big ones), however this one is special. It is very quiet and secluded from the daily activities that you get in a busy area. It has a wonderful location, quiet, but yet very connected. The grounds are beautiful, the hotel is gracious, the food is wonderful and the staff very accommodating. I suggest this place over all others for seclusion and peace of mind. Kids love it too!!

Coming from the US and traveling to Cebu for the first time I wasn’t sure where exactly to book our stay. We stood 2 nights in Mactan Island and 1 night in Montebello, Cebu City. If I would’ve known any better I would’ve booked our 3 nights here with Montebello. The location was convenient, staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the facilities were well kept. We were just here for a night. We celebrated my son's 6th birthday by having a staycation with Montebelleo. It was an amazing choice. My son was given a complimentary cake that we used to surprise him the morning of his birthday! My sons loved the pools that they have. Food wise, they have great choices for your breakfast. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Will definitely booking with them again soon!!!

Stayed twice and enjoyed it. Lovely grounds and comfortable room. The hotel is very spacious and very well looked after. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the free yoga! Loved the spanish nigth buffet. Breakfast was excellent. Would go back again.

I’ve stayed several times at this hotel only to be more impressed each time. Excellent food and service. Staff is so friendly and eager to please. Beautiful pools and gardens great to take pictures to remember your stay. Cute little pond full of fish with an arched bridge. I saw kids fishing and having a great time. Beautiful property and very well maintained.

Hidden Gem in busy city of Manila”
We were surprised that this hotel is hidden in such a great place. It's just beside Gaisano Mall, where u can walk there to have meal, they have supermarket there too. The room is so big, swimming pool is so nice, even the equipment in the gym room is so advanced. I heard another guest talking to someone that this place is the best hidden secret ever. The price is so reasonable compared to other hotels which dont have any facilities.

Spent our 35th year anniversary of our Gullas College of Medicine Class reunion. All venues were held in different parts of the hotel. Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were helpful and courteous. Food was delicious and menu choices were excellent. Would highly recommend hotel. Location was convenient and facilities were adequate.
