Bungalow itself really nice

Dirty swimming pool :( not water, the walls of pool. Location: from main road there are no normal way to hotel entrance. You should walk with luggage by the dirty beach. For the less amount I’ve stayed in Ko Lipe and Koh Lanta in better hotels.

Nong Haan was so helpful and friendly. Free use of kayak and bikes was a nice extra touch that my son and I took advantage of. Room immaculate, grounds and view just perfect. I'm recommending to all my Thai friends and family.

The resort was out of the main town making it quieter. There were bikes available for use which made it fun to travel into the main town and also to the beach. The grounds were immaculate, and tended daily by the gardener. The resort also had Kayaks for use which were great for exploring the surrounding mangrove when the tide was in.

We had to ask for extra towels as only one provided, otherwise no complaints.

The location, the accomodation, the staff, the restaurant the quiet an relaxed environment, I liked it all. Excellent value for money. The staff was extremely friendly and helpfull.

There are no issues to complain. Unless one apreciates a big five stars hotel chain....... I highly recommend this resort if one likes nature, tranquility and a relaxed environment.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and very attentive. It's also very centrally located so anything on the island is walkable.

There really wasn't anything that I did not like. I would absolutely stay there again.

Loved the place. Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a pick-up service from the train station (or airport) in Trang for 250 B per person (ask them in advance). Lovely view out to mangrove beach. We were the only ones staying there at that time, so we could use the bicycles and kayaks whenever we wanted, for free. The dipping pool is lovely, we didn't use it much though. They have good food! Eat at their restaurant! Short cycling trip to Sunset/Farang/Charlie's beach (many names for the same beach), and short cycling trip to "town" and sunrise beach. If you don't like cycling there are plenty of side-wagon-scooter-taxis around. It is a very quiet lovely piece of paradise, just far enough away from all the busier places on the island.

Their card machine for payments wasn't working, but there is an ATM on the island now so no real problem (there wasn't one 8 years ago, when I last visited the island). Ensure to spray some water in all the drains in the bathroom to prevent bad smells.
