Simply the best”
This place far exceeded my expectations. It is like a little slice of paradise run by some of the nicest people you could hope to meet. Nothing was too much trouble, they arranged my onwards travel with an excellent driver, they prepared me some.food when I arrived and overall they just really care about their guests. The location is supreme - a river runs through the garden and on the other side is just forest. The garden is immaculate and perfect for relaxing before or after your Park visits. They recommended an excellent guide to the park and the bat caves also. Overall top marks! Highly recommended

Special friendly welcome to private oasis ”
Really great stay! Super recommended As other reviews say, this is a family run hotel with a truly amazing level of friendly, thoughtful and kind service. In just lovely gardens on a river! It's not luxury, but very comfortable and really a special place. You feel really taken care of here. I arrived with no transport (you really need a car or driver for Khao Yai), but they so kindly dropped me to a restaurant for dinner, and organised me a driver for a day explore of Khao Yai mountains and drive back to Bangkok, for reasonable price. I stayed in the tent by the river, because all the normal rooms were booked out. There are only 2 tents (2022) but this review still applies to other guests because tents share same breakfast, really beautiful garden spaces and amazing service 2 tents each have their own private balcony over river, thin but comfortable double mattress and linens, power outlets, a cool box (for drinks) and the all-important mosquito netting. Everything new and very comfortable - almost glamping! I was looking for something quiet, and with some connection to nature - so I loved it. (Note the 2 tents are quite close to each other, so I was glad there was no-one in the other tent, not sure how relaxing that would be as you can hear everything) A highlight of my travels around Thailand :-)

A well-kept family run hotel very close to the Khao Yai park entrance. I would highly recommend staying here on your next trip to the area. The family running the hotel are very kind and welcoming, offering you great recommendations for your stay in the area and what to see in Khao Yai. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and large balconies overlooking the expansive and well tended garden and lawn. A small river runs at the back of the garden, and the yard is full of bird song in the mornings. Breakfast is served on a deck over the garden. Omelettes, salads, breads, fruit, and yoghurt in generous portions, all delicious.

Excellent host and workers. Very kind and helpful boss, son n workers all always smiling and go beyond to help and advise. If you feel lost and no idea where to go just approach them. Excellent home cooked meal for breakfast. Really enjoy !Surronding all green and nice garden scenery. Shower pressure not too great but still ok.

Everyone at Moosiyard is incredible and make you feel like you are part of the family. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is delicious and the environment is very special with a river running through the back of the property. I stayed here for almost a week and will be back again. This place is family owned and they treat you like family while you are here. I will definitely be back for sure. :)

It's a Mini Resort type of accommodation located in a village”
As the name Hometel implies, you feel like homestay as it's surrounded by houses of the neighbors. Friendly owner with warm hospitality. Lovely building and environment with a small garden facing a river, the water originated from Haew Su Wat Waterfall in Khao Yai National Park. When we came back from dinner, a mosquito coil has been placed infront of the door.

Funtastic place to stay in...”
My family and I had a great time in Moosiyard. We arrived quite late, past 9pm after a heartful dinner at Midwinter. I was greeted with warm reception by the family. The father and mother guided my sis and family to the 3-bedroom house, whilst I'm registering information and payment with their son. It was so perfect, no time wasted! Once I'm done, they finished guiding my family around. Next, they ask what's our breakfast preferences - Western or Thai style. Once finished recording, they bid us good night, and all of us agreed that's the best service we ever had. We never been feel so welcome, just like back to home. Although they speak very little English, they try their best to introduce top sightseeing spots. This includes a hand-drawn map. The father was so nice pointing here and there, giving us direction where to head to. It's very sweet of him. Though we only stay 1 night there, they had fully captured our heart. We definitely will be back here if we ever visiting Khao Yai 1 day

Awesome stay”
If you are looking for a serene and peaceful place in Khao Yai, look no further. the rooms are big and super clean. This place have a huge backyard and even a river running behind it. Lots of greenery and fruit trees. To top it all the owner is so friendly and ever willing to help in making your stay one to be remembered. Looking forward to my next stay here.

Kind of Paradise close to Kaho Yai”
This place is great! Close to the entrance of the NP is this beautiful homestay, with a lovely garden, many trees, and many birds. The rooms are quite well. We stayed in a bungalow, with a rooftop to look at the environment. The staff is really friendly and warm. Especcially mr Khao. I will really come back!!

Great place to stay with amazing services ”
Stayed in the three-bedroom house with a group of 6 and we really enjoyed our stay there. Despite checking in before our check-in time, we were still warmly welcomed by the host. The host which was an elderly was nice enough to talk to us and give us information on where to visit, shortcuts and good restaurant to go. The host treated us more like a family than a guest which make our stay there even more enjoyable. Staffs there was also very friendly. Apartment might not be so modern but was still very cosy and spacious in a way and make it feel more like a home. The atmosphere there was also great. Rural place with the small river at the back with the greenery. Breakfast was also delicious. Overall this place is great for families or group to stay at if modern environment is not what you are looking for. Cons - location of the place is a little lowkey and little high cost but since its the new year season, it's quite reasonable but the service actually makes up for it.
