Near-perfect place to stay in Chiang Rai”
I just stayed at Mora Boutique Hotel and was very impressed by this small hotel. While the hotel isn't exactly flashy in its appearance (the exercise room is rather cluttered, and the reception area can be a bit jarring upon arrival), what makes the hotel really work is the service, location and overall comfort. I booked a pool view hotel based upon the recommendation of the hotel reception and it didn't disappoint - the view of the pool from above is great, and I love the little balcony outside. The bathtub is also fantastic, and I love the little seating area it has inside it. Decor is well-appointed, and it maximizes the space well. Pool is great - perfect for getting in some laps for exercise. Breakfast is also very tasty - I liked the French toast combo a lot - with selection of a la carte as well as buffet. Location also is very convenient, with lots of cafes and massage places around, and it only a 13-min walk to the Chiang Rai night bazaar. But the best thing is the service - the hotel provides a car to the airport free of charge, which is amazing. They also arranged a car for me to go outside of Chiang Rai, which is super appreciated. Some snacks were also on the house. Overall they were very positive and helpful, which is what makes this hotel so charming. That said, not everything is perfect. The biggest negative about this hotel is how thin the walls are - you can hear the outside corridor and even the next door neighbor easily, and for someone who is a light sleeper, this was a clear downside. It still doesn't negate all the positives however, and I would definitely come back again.

Great place to stay ”
We loved our stay here, wish it could have been longer! Mora boutique Hotel is just beautiful and perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles, it’s a sure sign of happy staff! Our room was lovely, nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable, great shower. So nice and clean. Complimentary water, snacks and coffee. There is a washing machine and dryers for guest use which was a nice surprise and was a blessing as we had washing to do. The pool area is such a nice spot to relax. Breakfast, wow, just wow. Was amazing, Great menu to choose from and all served with a smile. As mentioned staff were so friendly, makes it a great place to stay when you are greeted with a hello smile. Roof top bar is also very good, they make a pretty good Mojito. We would return to Chiang Rai just to stay here again. If you are debating, don’t just book it, you won’t regret it!

Feel like home at Mora even it’s our first stay. The hotel itself deserves highest score on environment, decor and cleanliness. Yet team Mora’s service and attitude definitely enhanced and delighted our experience most. The full team is cheerful, helpful and attentive, all of them make our trip a great one. The Mora boutique goes above and beyond in several areas. The facility is beautiful, centrally located, quiet and clean. The staff is friendly, helpful and someone is always on duty that speaks English. There is a nice pool and a great restaurant and bar. When I arrived, I felt like an honored friend-a full staff greeted me in reception, offered a beverage and explained procedures. There was the right mix of when to help and when to back off. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and offered free snacks and beverages. The bath has shower and tub! I felt like a queen for the weekend!

I booked this Hotel for 2 nights as the picture looked great, I can honestly say that as great as the pictures are they do not do it justice, it is beautiful. I can only think the prices will increase as more people stay here. The place is spotless, the breakfasts are wonderful with fresh cooked options to order, can also recommend afternoon tea on the terrace which overlooks the city - which is free. We borrowed bikes to look around the city which were also free and made good use of the free washing machines and driers as we had been trekking. The gym is well equipped and a surprise as not many hotels have them. It so good I booked another night as we do not want to leave this oasis of calm. The staff are really lovely especially the lady on reception, you will not be disappointed by anything if you stay here I highly recommend it

Excellent stay in Mora Hotel”
Spacious, stylish, clean and comfortable room. Nice breakfast with variety of choices. Complimentary drinks and snacks inside the room, nice afternoon tea at the roof top restaurant. Free shuttle bus to night market and nearby temples. Their massage therapists are professional and I really enjoyed the spa at the hotel. I paid the bill by cash and I even got 3 % more discount. The staff are very helpful and responsive. I will definitely stay in this hotel if I visit Chang Rai again.

Exceptional boutique hotel”
This is an exceptional boutique hotel, offering comfort, beautifully appointed rooms, a very high standard of service, great breakfasts and lovely grounds. There are only 25 rooms and the level of personal service and interaction with the hotel management and staff to ensure our stay was first class, happy and comfortable was second to none. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It's also in a great location, in the heart of Chiang Rai City but in a quiet street, and within a short walking distance to the Night Bazaar, and main city activities and attractions.

Absolute Paradise ”
Mora Boutique Hotel is the best place we have ever stayed at. Service Staff food bar pool spa and Accommodation are all 5 star . The amazing staff were there to help with anything we needed and also booked a wonderful day trip to the White temple Buddha and tea plantation and the price was great .The rooms are beautiful with everything you need and the bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds . Mora is walking distance to many sites etc the clock tower markets restaurants . If you like there is a complimentary shuttle bus to town as well as complimentary snacks. Please don't stay any where else you will love this place and all it has to give like we did. We will definitely return to this wonderful Boutique Hotel

Oasis in Chiang Rai ”
Love this hotel. Hotel staffs are super friendly and always eager to help. This is my first trip to Thailand, The hotel and staffs added lots of happy memories and happiness in my trip. Staffs gave us lots of good advice and ideas on where to visit. saved us lots of time. For breakfast, they have a wide selection. A lady recommend us to try their Thai foods. Really glad that we listened, it was really YUMMY. Room are beautiful and bed is real comfy, I always have a hard time to fall asleep. But their bed can made me sleep in a sec. In Mora, we experienced the warm hospitality of Thai. highly recommend to everyone.

The hotel had excellent design, was superbly clean with excellent food. What made it out stand was they had thought of all the little things: free mini bar and snacks, interesting fruit in the room, shuttle service to the town (only £ mins walk away), laundry room, free bikes. The service was perfect and unobtrusive too.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Location is only walking distance to city center. Staffs are very friendly. I'll definitely stay here again, highly recommended. One comment, there's no room service menu in the room which seem pretty strange, given that there's a room service number. You have to go down to the restaurant to look at the menu.

A very nice hotel in Chiang Rai's old town. We like the high quality colonial style decoration and facilities, the hotel is a small suite, the bed linen is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and wonderful.

Decoration is very similar to Rosewood. Breakfast has Northern Thai specialties and all the 5-star western styles. Love it a lot! Shampoo, shower gel conditioners smell good. walking distance to night market, fruit market and some downtown temples. Hotel staff is super responsive to help me rent car and respond to my tourism inquires, better than the premium hotels in Phuket and Bangkok! Highly recommend

The design style of this hotel is very unique and the room is super clean. Staff is friendly and helpful as well. The only down side is they don't let us to go back to the hotel after check-out to use the shower in the gym.
