Exceptional”
Staff are very nice and attended to our needs immediately. We just waited for a few to get us in a room. It's a bit annoying because we are very tired from our trip and the room is not yet ready. But over all, the service is great and staff are very professional. For those who wanted a very relax atmosphere, I highly recommend this place. I was not feeling well from our trip and the hot weather made me sick. But the hotel environment made me feel well. I feel like I'm in a wellness center. My body and mind rejuvenated...I would definitely stay in this hotel again when I come visit Thailand again....

Best ASK in town?”
It was my second time in an ASQ and BDMS was the better experience. If I have to sleep in an ASQ a third time (I hope not) I will book there again. The most important in ASQ is to have a big room, balcony and good food. Room was 74m² (suit), 2 balconies, 1 living room and 1 bedroom. Thai menu was good and have 3 differents menu in 1 meal for lunch and dinner (very thai style). We can also book some machine for do sport

Got Upgraded after Confusing Booking”
I was staying a night there to attend my sis wedding. Due to some technical difficulty on the booking system, the first two room I booked were occupied by the time I entered the room. Luckily, the other guest wasn't inside. I got upgraded to the suite in return.

If booking through Agoda, the breakfast is additional and pricey (ThB 900). Worth it, but sadly the staff felt that in spite of the steep price they could charge an outside guest an additional 150 ThB for a cup of coffee....

Very Good. But.....”
It was a family trip with two daughters, so I stayed in two rooms for two days. The hotel was well renovated and recently refurbished. However, the room where I stayed for the first time was not able to control the air conditioner. Nevertheless, I would like to give a high score to the kindness of the staff. And keep in mind that it is difficult to catch a taxi. It wasn't easy to find a hotel just to name a taxi driver.

We love the atmosphere of this hotel, their outdoor swimming pool breakfast was good too! The location was not very convenient as some of the drivers didn’t know where the lobby is.

Good but not perfect yet”
hotel is spacious and staffs are very kind. But there is no restaurant nearby apart from central embassy. No local shops or restaurants. My husband and son did not enjoy breakfast that much coz too healthy they said. But I liked it, though. I booked a very standard room, but they upgraded us to a suite as there was a small happening. So, actually I have not much thing to complain about. Oh, grab drivers do not know if there is a hotel or not. So they just passed by the hotel and cancelled the booking several times.

The hotel has great architecture, great facilities, and the perfect environment for having a nice time with family, but too bad they have the worst staff providing the poorest service. How they communicate with customer is unprofessional. They even have conflict to each other in front of you because they don't want to do their job.

ASQ - Hotel”
In der Zeit der Pandemie, mußten alle ausländischen Touristen in Quarantäne ... 15 Tage ... . Deshalb war man gezwungen eines der entsprechenden Hotels zu wählen. Mein Zimmer hat einen Balkon, großes Zimmer, großes Bad und es ist ein abgeschlossener Außenbereich vorhanden. Balkon und der Außenbereich war ausschlaggebend für meine Wahl. Quarantäne = Gefängnis!!! Das Zimmer darf erst nach der 1. Covid-19 Untersuchung (nach 7 Tagen) verlassen werden. Nur der Außenbereich steht dann zur Verfügung, deshalb kann ich die weiteren Gegebenheiten nicht beurteilen. Viele Grüße Günter

Wir waren das 2. Mal hier. Bequeme Betten. Sehr guter Service, sehr freundliches Personal. Schöner Garten mit großem Pool. Zimmer mit Zugang zur Lounge gebucht. Nach dem 1. Aufenthalt auch eine positive Bewertung abgegeben bis auf die in der Lounge gereichten Canapes, beim 1. Aufenthalt als "langweilig"bezeichnet.. Die Kritik wurde anscheinend angenommen. Diesmal abwechslungsreich und vielfältig.
