Why they don’t make two gyms instead of one? Why mornings for women and afternoons for men? Backyard is dirty and tables are dusty, the Villa is dirty, i even found a cockroach inside! kitchen is broken, bar lights not working and even the phone is not working! Kids zone is closed! Bicycles are rusty. Not recommended for families with kids! Not worth the money! So expensive for nothing!

the villa was okay, not clean and no necessary toilet supplies.. The breakfast quality is below average for a 5 stars resort, we couldn't eat the eggs Reception is not always available for help and we struggle to get something if we need it .. I think it is understaffed

I have visited this place before 5yr ago. This time was not same as last time. first, reception was not friendly. Villa was not clean and bad smell, bath not clean well. Restaurant not delicious food as before.

Worst resort I've ever been to”

Poor cleanliness, old furniture, very small rooms, the kitchen was empty and the place smelled really bad .. The pool was totally ruined with those white walls - Very very OVERPRICED

1- price went up suddenly when I made the booing! I had to pay 1000 more per night. 2- Noise is the most concern to me as it was coming from other customers. I had to stay up to a late hour in the morning. 3- I could not use the fitness center in the morning as it was designated for women till 5 pm. 4- I could not see the football matches as bein channels had been removed. 5- Restaurant tent is smelling Shishah which was annoying to me. and in their menu they mention pan cakes and French toast but they did not do it any more. 6- No slippers at villas, I asked for them, they said they would bring them up but they never did. 7- prices are too high. and exagourated especially for boats and jet ski. 8- beach is not as what you imagine. 8- the beach is

It was nice stay .. they have some weird policies on the contract but no one ask you about it! So it was fine .. we stayed in the 3 bedrooms villa and it has another bedroom for the maid downstairs .. the location is near to the city .. there is no beach!

FAR BELOW EXPECTATIONS!”

Please do contact me as I was highly disappointed. The villa although spacious, had 4 maintenance problems in a single day of stay. The staff were unresponsive and took on an average over 30-45 mins to respond and then too the delivery was not complete. The beach was most disappointing as it was extremely small with hardly any sand...in fact it was muddy. The beach and facilities of Holiday Inn adjacent Movenpick was much bigger although it is much less expensive.NO VALUE FOR MONEY. NOT RECOMMENDED.

check-in 22/9/2018, That started from checking in process in reception I was surprised by the presence of a large number of people at the reception that i discovered the opening of a visit to the activity of the SAUDI national day in resort ! I asked one of your team and informed me they will be in the tend only but I surprises about their presence in the all other of the resort facilities and congestion (caused us annoyance from the high sound in the tent and visitors smoking in the pool ... etc.) I wished to disclose that to me before booking to avoid the inconvenience and traffic that cause lack of calm and privacy. Unfortunately, later, there were problems in the chalet, starting from the kitchen door, clos it need huge effort and not easy. Then the one of bedroom TV of the two bedside beds does not work and there are no batteries for the TV remote controllers with your maintenance at that night. Some phones are not working properly at the main hall and not clean in the mai

السعر مرتفع جدًا مقارنة بالخدمات المقدمة، لا يوجد اهتمام بصيانة المرافق، ولا يوجد اهتمام بالسلامة، يوجد ثلاث قطع بلوك بالقرب من ألعاب الاطفال على الشاطئ. دورات المياه عند بركة السباحة لا يتم تنظيفها بشكل دوري. Very expensive in comparison of the provided services. They don’t care neither in safety nor in facilities maintenance, I found three bricks next to kids toys on the beach, and they don’t clean the WC next to the swimming pool regularly.
