The hotel was really hot ”
We’ve booked 2 connecting rooms. One of our room, the AC wasn’t working. We complaint to them. One of the staff answered “the weather outside is hot at the moment.” We we’re laughing. What kind of answer to give to us. Took them few hours to get the AC working. Their corridor were also hot. Seems no AC working along there. As well as the lift. The rooms are very basic and dated. Bathroom is so small, and leaking everytime we had a shower. They only put paper cups in the bedrooms. Some of their staffs didn’t wear mask properly. We saw one by the pool didn’t even wear mask. It’s still on pandemic I believe. We just arrived from Al Ula, and are making a stop over here. It made Al Ula Shaden Hotel looks like heaven when compared this hotel. The Al Ula Hotel is in a suburb area while this hotel in town, but no comparison.

Near To My Customer Place”
Honestly, it is my first to stay in this hotel and before i was always staying in Holiday Inn Yanbu as a member of IHG member with a good food and kind hospitality.Not many reception staff understand and speaking proper English and i found that this is hotel mainly for Arabian for holidays. Food is prepared the Filipinos from captain to Chef and all the foods in the August 12,2014 night is horrible. When we tried to get the car to visit my customer , the booking through the Hanco team was opening late in the morning so we were finally no choice to get the taxi instead.

Lovely hotel”
Well, i had a nice stay in this hotel. It is quiet and clean.. However, the lhotel keepers need to be trained. It seemed that we were the only couple who bought the booking via agoda or any other website. The reason is that when we arrived at the hotel, they asked us to pay but we told them that we already paid. Then, when we wanted to check out they told us to pay one thousand and something for room service!! They gave us the reciept and we found out that they charged us for the 2 night stay!! Before we reached the airport, we returned back to the hotel. There we explained that we already paid via agoda and waited for nearly an hour till they gave us back our hotel.. It was a heck... Bothersome in both check in and check out
