The hotel staff were friendly, the concierge were very attentive and helped us with our luggage as soon as he saw us walking towards the hotel lobby. We booked the room with executive lounge access, check-in was done at another building where the executive lounge is. The staff - Prai is very friendly and helpful. Room is clean with comfy bed, the housekeeping even leave us a note on the day we did not get our room to be make-up. We enjoyed the great service at the executive lounge, with nice breakfast choices (with Movenpick ice cream too) as well as cocktail evening snacks. Worth to try Swiss chocolate pastries during their daily chocolate hour :) Overall, we are very pleased with the services we have received, especially from Prai, Max and William, the rest of the staffs are always smiling and made us feel welcomed. The hotel provides 24hrs tuk tuk shuttle to Asok BTS station / Terminal 21, which is a bonus when you are too tired to walk. Will sure stay here again!

I thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Bangkok. I can't say enough praise for this hotel. Our accommodations were fabulous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and beautiful. We chose the executive room and lounge access which provided us with so many complimentary options with unlimited breakfast, drinks and snacks. The breakfast was so good and the staff serving was so attentive especially Dennis. He was so helpful even giving us tips on how to get around Bangkok safely. I would definitely return to this hotel if we go back to Bangkok and I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I feel this hotel really know how customer service should be compared to other 5 star hotels.

We stayed here with our young child in mid March. The staff were really lovely. They made us feel welcome and created a very calm atmosphere at a very tense and uncertain time in Bangkok. The hotel was very clean and had hand sanitiser available everywhere. The rooftop pool and hang out areas are amazing. The pool has a section perfect for smaller kids. The location is great, with an hourly hotel tuk tuk to nearby Terminal 21 shopping mall/train station. My son's favourite feature was chocolate hour! Very much looking forward to visitng again when possible.

Movenpick has never failed me from day one when it first opened. The marbled floor and modernist design of the reception (and the whole area) are welcoming. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is convenient and there is a shuttle that can take you to Terminal21. or the staff can hail a cab for you. The room is clean and spacious. And its self equiped. Tolietires are enough with bathroom slippers. Theres complimentary beverage also. The breakfast spread is international . love the settings as well. i will definitely come back. soon.

I've stayed at the Movenpick several times now. The staff is excellent, rooms are clean and quiet, the amenities are first class. I particularly enjoy the chocolate hour, a nice late afternoon snack. The breakfast is good, not the best, usually very crowded, but still good. Wifi is fast, plenty of desk space for work, comfortable bed, and a shuttle service to the Terminal 21 Mall. This hotel is great for business travelers, couples, solo, who want a nice place to stay without spending a fortune.

Stayed 6 nights in an Executive King room with Lounge access. Amazing customer service. Thank you to all the staff who are fantastic. Always sincere, friendly and happy to assist. Hotel itself is really nice., classy and modern. Rooftop Bar and Pool area is really nice. Lounge access was great with hot and cold food selections, free soft drinks all day and happy hour with free alcoholic beverages.. That said, food selections were a little underwhelming and odd at times. Although we never ate at the main restaurant the food looked good. Chocolate Hour for all guests was cool.l touch Room was excellent and really clean, with good bed (form) and foreign TV Channels etc. This hotel is well located with free tuk-tuk service to the T21 Mall, Asok BTS and Sukumvit MRT Stations every 15 mins. 20 mins by train to MBK, Siam Paragon etc... I’d recommend the hotel and would stay again but would compare closely with other 5 star hotels next time.

We stayed two nights in this Hotel - excellent breakfast and nice and clean room. I really like the pool area on the roof. Very friendly staff I would recommend staying here. Breakfast was a bit crowded to be honest, but it was okay.

We stayed here four nights and it was simply fantastic. Heard many times this hotel is good, but it was way better than expected. We had breakfast @ LELAWADEE restaurant every morning and the food and beverage are excellent quality and presentation. All the staff's are kind and professionally well trained. It was our family’s first time in BKK and we were so happy we stayed at Movenpick. We got 2 family rooms with free buffet breakfast. The breakfast selection were great. So many options from mains, cheeses, breads to desserts. It was our mom’s birthday and prior to our arrival we arranged some cake and flowers. The staff came in and sung birthday song and my mom was so surprised with the gesture. A++

Booked the hotel as the final leg on our trip. Wanted to make sure it had a comfy bed and bathtub to relax in. Hotel itself is beautiful and quite new it seemed. Reception and valet staff were prompt and helpful. Restaurant staff was very friendly and inviting, if a little bit over the top in encouraging you to come in. Enjoyed the “chocolate hour” daily, but was hoping for a bit of variance between the days. Our main complaint about the restaurant was that the service took quite a while—drinks alone took over 30mins to arrive while waiters kept telling us it’d only be another 5mins. Food itself was decent, and we liked that they offered a good selection of flavors throughout the world. Room: good size and accommodations included. The website for booking was all messed up and there weren’t pictures or clear descriptions (and a billion room types to choose from) so that was super confusing. We booked the “executive suite” in the end because it was a comparable value, more flexibility, and seemed to be nicer. While it was nice to be on a top level, the entire 7th floor reeked of mildew—I’m guessing from the gym?? Thankfully our room did not. Bed was decent, and they said they had the option to provide different types of pillows if needed (we didn’t take advantage of that). Rain shower was nice. Tub was fine, but not big enough for 2 people.

We stay for 2 night with family trip. It is good location near shopping centre and free TukTuk to shopping. I like to eat foods inside the room with 24hour free and stuff so friendly helpful. Pool is so fresh in the top of hotel I can see view of bkk town. At night time we enjoy sky bar with relaxing song. I recommend to stay this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here, very accommodating staff as well. They have free shuttle service from hotel to Terminal 21. Very accessible to Mrt and Bts Station. Also it is near 7 11 when you need something to drink and munch on. They also offer “Chocolate Hour” for their guest. Overall good value for money. We will surely stay here again.
