Great Resort. Will come back again”
I always give a thorough review of Hotels / Resort after my stay. My experience was mostly awesome so I will give the few bad experiences to get them out of the ways first: The Bad: Do not eat at the Tropicana restaurant inside this resort. The price is expensive and the service is pretty bad. We ordered 2 Rib-eyes steaks well done. After waiting for 45 minutes and numerous apologies from staff blaming us for ordering steaks as a result for our meal taking so long they brought out 2 very rare steaks instead of well done. The price is expensive and the food and services were horrible. The goods: This resort is the best I've stayed in Vietnam so far. The Villa was awesome. They paid a lot of attention to every small details of the villa we stayed in. Bed was so comfortable, the towels are huge, the ambient, decoration are first class. My girlfriend did not want to leave the room to go to the beach because our Villa was so nice. Staffs were friendly and very fast to accommodate us. They even had western staff that speak fluent English though Vietnamese staff are proficient in English as well. Housekeeping were excellent, we barely notice them yet they cleaned our room just like when we first checked in. Facilities are beautiful. Lot of fun activities for children and adults. We didn't use any of them because we liked our villa so much. The main swimming pool is HUGE. Breakfast buffet was very good both Western and Vietnamese food. The only thing about breakfast is they don't know how to make over-easy eggs but there are so much other good choices for breakfast. Front desk was very quick checking us in and out and very friendly. I could go on forever about how good this resort and their staff are but I would run out of characters allowed for this review. I highly recommend the villa with pool if you come to this resort. Will definitely come back to this resort again and again and again

FANTASTIC ACCOMMODATION”
My 5 years old boy loves the water slides. Fantastic accommodation but food was so so especially room service. Service was excellent - quick and efficient. Food need more variety considering Radisson (Mövenpick affiliated hotel) serves better food (Vietnamese Pho was delicious). Need to publicise that Mövenpick can bring guests using the hotel buggy to the Radisson’s for lunch, etc. Unfortunately, my 1 year old had a bad diarrhea and nappy rash. Called the in-house nurse and was given a mosquito itch gel for the rash. My baby screamed every time I applied on it. Language is a barrier. Download Google Translate if you must. On the 3rd day, I had to get the hotel staff to organise a car to bring me to the nearest pharmacy for diarrhea meds and nappy rash cream. Thank God, they have it and baby was fine after that! If you ask me, I will come back to stay here again for sure. Bring all the medication you need for the little ones and yourself!

Villa was good”
Villa with pool was good for 4people. Clean and comfy. Pool in the villa kept cleaned. Buggy (cart) was available anytime, let us tour the huge resort well. Beach and the tropicana beach club also good. There were many with kids because everything is in the resort. 10mins from the air port, 40mins from the city center.

Reception was flexible”
Our second times. We had 10 people and 1 kid, stayed in 2 villas. Thanks to reception lady for your flexibility and service. Buggy service was good and not good depends on drivers. Some was good and active, some was unfriendly and unhappy. Housekeeping was good cleaning and preparation as well. Restaurant was good service and food. We tried Western food for lunch. Vietnamese food for dinner. Breakfast buffet should be more Vietnamese or local choices compare with other 5-star resorts. But the current food was delicious. We love your Pho. Room service delivery food still warm and fast enough. Spa was closed due to pandemic corona virus. We will come back to try it next time. Beach sand area was so clean, no trashes. Water was warm even 6:30AM. Swimming pool was crowded. But we focus on the beach, so it's fine. Kid playground was closed, may be corona virus pandemic. Summary, satisfied for us this time.

The best choice for vacation especially family ”
Water parks, pingpong, mountain climbing, indoor playground,….kids are enjoying, foods are perfectly especially burgers in the Tropicana restaurant, bars at night, clean swimming pools, fully booking at the time I stay but seems all services are good. We stayed in a few different 5 and 6 star hotels and resorts during our stay in Nha Trang and moved to Movenpick on our last day because it is only a 8 minute drive to the Cam Ranh airport. We wish we stayed longer at the Movenpick. The staff, food, facilities and everything we could think about was spot on. Had the best GYM. Best breakfast buffet. Best ambience.

We stayed here for the end of our vacation. The facilities are beautiful and the staff are all friendly and helpful. There are lots of activities. We especially enjoyed the ropes course, pools, gym, sauna, beach, and live music. The breakfast buffet is huge with options for Western and Eastern guests. We also enjoyed 'chocolate hour' each day and the kids cafe. The only downside for us was that the food was quite expensive and the location makes it difficult to eat outside.

GOOD PLACE TO STAY”
PROS: - The villa was nice and spacious and private - The private pool was excellent - Nice, clean beach - Restaurants (Tropicana & Chudeli Beer House) offered a wide range of delicious dishes CONS: - Understaffed - During our stay, hotel had many summer interns and inexperienced staff, and they made a lot of mistakes. The most serious one was checking us in the wrong villa. - Kitchen did not have any kitchenware and no microwave - so cannot cook at all with kitchen - The buffet restaurant (Panorama) was too small to accommodate all guests in peak season. We were moved to the conference hall for breakfast. Breakfast food choice was poor.
