Best hotel in Ipoh ”
Not my first time staying here, always my first choice whenever I visit Ipoh. The location is perfect, with restaurants and food court right behind the hotel. The rooms were the best for my 3-4 stars hotel experiences, the design was very modern and very comfortable, beds were perfect to sleep on. The bathroom has the best design, it was separated into 3 sections. I always sleep so well in all my stays here.

This is the hotel for you if you’re looking for safety, cleanliness, convenience, affordability and a lovely stay. Enjoyed every bit of our stay, nothing too fancy, but everything was pleasant. The staff at MÙnch (for free breakfast) were extraordinary in their service. Will definitely be my first hotel choice for my next Ipoh visit. :)

Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness and service very excellent! The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful as I requested few things few weeks before check in to the hotel. This is my first time coming to Ipoh and need superb satisfied with the service provided by MU Hotel. The staff also did contact me via WhatsApp before check in to inform the room are ready. Keep on good service and definitely recommended to everyone who is looking for nice hotel at Ipoh. Love the theme interior design as well, definitely worth every penny!

Excellent Stay”
Would stay again when we travel to Ipoh Overall cleanliness has exceed my expectation, the bed was super comfortable and thanks to the staff who provide baby cot for me. The breakfast was delicious as well. Location is very good, it was nearby to many tourist attractions and I can find some walking distance restaurant/cafe from MU hotel.

Everything about the MU was perfect. Comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast and the whole place was very clean. The hotel is in a convenient position and the hotel’ s shuttle service to places of interest is very useful.

BEST HOTEL ”
Hotel’s location & staff are so friendly that makes our stay so pleasant. Hotel is so clean Buffet breakfast spread reasonable. Street food behind hotel (similar to Penang New Lane) offers many dinner options until 11pm. Will definitely stay at MU Hotel when we visit Ipoh again.

Good ”
Many eateries nearby. Near to famous Nasi Ganja and beancurd shops. The dim sum shop and 2 coffee shops with 10 seconds walking distance are worth to try. RM5 grab fare to famous old town. The only thing to be improved is hoping dumbbells can be added in their gym.

Comfy Hotel in Ipoh”
Have always wanted to try this hotel and finally managed to and it did not disappoint. Check in was promptly done and no frills. The rooms were not big but of a nice size. Beds were comfortable. Love the bathroom as there's partitioning between the bathroom and toilet so it kept the space dry. Although some of the walls were painted a bright orange with green curtains, somehow it works. There's also a small sized gym which I utilized and appreciate. The lobby was also nicely decorated to give it a warm welcome upon entering the hotel Location was also perfect for us who do not drive. We just basically walk around to shop and especially try all the must eats

Hotel was a little dated but it was clean. Carpets a bit stained. Front desk staff was pleasant. Location of hotel was quite central to everything.

A Good Stay”
The room was clean, well equipped with needed facilities. The only downside is the Wi-Fi is too slow. I really wish they could improve more probably on the speed of the Wi-Fi or coverage of it. I had to use my own data hotspot to do my work on the laptop due to the slow Wi-Fi. Nevertheless, everything was good. Would definitely recommend to everyone to stay at this hotel. 😉

Room was spacious and clean. Aircond is cold. Water heater function well. Bed is soft and comfort sleep. Strategic location, food court and cafe just behind the hotel. Worth for the money, will choose this hotel to stay again for my next trip to Ipoh.

Stylish Boutique Hotel”
Like its refreshing scent in common areas. Lkke the room. Full toiletries, big tv amd hot shower. Like the booster except the soft pillow. Parking is good too. Walkong distance to Lou Wang and pasar malam. We had good beer and vibes at the Warehouse too with its live band.

2 nights at Mu Hotel”
Compared to other huge 5-stars hotels, the staffs at Mu Hotel were attentive and were able to provide more personalized service. Had an upset stomach from hawker street food and the hotel readily acceded to our request for later checkout and gave us some details if we wished to visit a nearby clinic. On 25 Jul 22, there was a Chinese lady at the breakfast restaurant who was smily, helpful and obliging to assist with my husband’s special request to bring some food to me at the room. She was also sincere in showing her concern for us. The hotel is basic but well-sufficient for our stay during the trip. The bed, pillows and bolster (bonus!) were very comfortable, we had good rest. Location is near to many places too. Glad we made the right choice with Mu Hotel. Appreciate the staffs who served us during our two nights stay.
