Outstanding service ”
I was able to book this property through Agoda promotions & AgodaCash, so I didn’t pay the full price. I had some issues with my door lock, but staff have been very helpful and promptly addressed the situation. There’s an indoor swimming pool, a gym and a beautiful garden. If you’re going to pay the full price, it’s a little more expensive than the average local hotel or guest house, but still affordable for western standards. Definitely recommended!

During 3 nights stay here we enjoy the excellent service of this 4 stars hotel. Nice employees, especially we have an active 2 years old kid run around the hotel all the time. Good food and good view for this rate. Facilities are a little bit old but ok for the price.

It is valuable for this price. Excellent service and employee. It"s just a little bit far to a night market, can"t walk on foot. And hard to park a car cause it right in the corner. Something to improve is a free Sauna is not great though, not hot enough to sweat.

Very friendly staff, old hotel, good location”
The best thing about this hotel is the staff, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The 2nd best thing is the location being pretty much in the center of town and very close to the lake, which if you like running in the morning like me, you can quickly get to for a quick jog around the lake. The hotel itself is unfortunately pretty old. The room always had a mildew smell upon entering. Also, the bathroom probably didn't have traps built correctly for the pipes because it always had a smell. The bathtub is higher up, so if you're vertically challenged, then you might trip/fall stepping out of the bathtub after a shower. The gym shouldn't count as a gym as it's a few light weights and a machine. The breakfast is also pretty weak, we only used our free breakfast once as a couple and I ate it one other time. For the most part we just got regular breakfast elsewhere in the city.

Unclean and bad smell”
I book 4 nights here for my parents with expectation that they will have a lovely anniversary. However, it turned to be their bad experience. The smell from the toilet was very bad, and the staff's attitude was unappreciated. On the last day, my parents received an appology letter from the manager. My dad notified the letter does not have date, he made a joke that probably the hotel had to appology too many times before. Think twice before you place a book in here.

Expensive for what you get ”
Comfortable beds but no robes. Needs a good clean. Didn’t get the room option we selected. 1 pillow each, when asked reception if we could have two more the answer was no because of room type. We eventually got two more. Breakfast is poor. Pool needs to be cleaner. Black hairs all over our bathroom. Steam room doesn’t work.

My favourite hotel”
Struggle to find a new hotel for our quick visit to Dalat. I finally decided to stay in Blue Moon, where i stayed 2 years ago in a company trip. Blue Moon still remains whatever it is in my recalled memory. Near by Xuan Huong Lake, so we can just take a 1 minute walk to go to Thanh Thuy cafe and another 5 mins to get to Dalat market. Blue Moon acquires a well-trained numbers of staff, from whom you will find very helpful day or night. In Blue Moon, you can also enjoy their reasonable spa service and don't forget to give yourself a relaxing drink during the section. I love to visit Dalat sometimes in a year and Blue Moon would be a good choice to do so.

Spacious room”
We had a pleasant stay at Dalat. The hotel is located just besides the lake at the city centre. The room is large and the mattress makes our sleep very comfortable. The staffs are nice. The only issue is that the restaurant is crowded on Saturday morning as the Vietnamese tourists from the other cities came to Dalat for weekend. On Sunday morning it was getting much better perhaps because most of them left Dalat or prepared to leave.
