Best Service and Value in Hon Chong District”
We stayed at the Muong Thanh Luxury Vien Trieu from 29 May to 1 June 2022. The hotel is luxurious and pristine and the service was outstanding. Mr. Dao Duy Trong, the Deputy General Manager, and his staff were very friendly and hospitable and flexible in accommodating our requests. The Deluxe Family Triple room is very spacious and comfortable. We were initially supposed to check out on 31 May 2022 to visit another part of Vietnam. However, our plans were derailed at the last minute and we decided to return to the Muong Thanh Luxury. Despite the very late hour, the staff at Muong Thanh Luxury were very accommodating and made allowed us to stay in the Deluxe Family Triple room again. Thank you so much to the Muong Thanh Luxury Vien Trieu for the wonderful stay.

I stayed at this 5-star hotel soon after Vietnam's reopening. This hotel decided to price lower, to fill the hotel -- and it seemed to have worked beautifully. Plus I was upgraded to an Executive Suite, an OMG experience. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, so many choices, both Western and Vietnamese. The staff was very helpful, and many spoke excellent English. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. plus a supermarket and bakery. Internet was excellent, and hotel was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Only downside was the swimming pool was not 5-star standard, and only passed out face towels to pool users. But, I am not complaining and I very much enjoyed my stay here.

Breakfast is a mess.”
Everything was great except for the buffet breakfast. It was so messed. The food was just so so, not as what the hotel is 5 star qualified. A staff at the restaurant used a tissue to wipe out leftover food on table to the floor. Nobody cleared / cleaned up the table and change the table cloth while many guests were waiting for a seat.

Everything is okay for the price. However, there is room for improvement e.g. 1) in front of the hotel, there are many cars parking, people standing, leaving no space for new cars arriving. The hotel needs to arrange some guys to support. 2)Restaurant for breakfast is crowded and no one supports .
