Safe and clean hotel”
For my family, clean and safe environment is high on our list. I stayed here last year as a solo traveller. This year, I'm back here with my family. The hotel is not centrally located, but it is not far to walk to the busy area of Saigon. The swimming pool is on 11th floor which gives you a good view of Saigon. A variety of breakfast choices, the staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back to this hotel for future trips.

Large, clean room, we had awesome views. Service was great, staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a great assortment. Location is perfect - about a 15 minute walk to the post office and markets. I would definitely go back and stay there again.

They let me check in early and room was really clean with ample amenities that made my stay relaxing and the air conditioner did not blow right onto my bed rather it is situated over the entrance door and is deflected so as to provide a even gradient of cool air. Which led to a great sleeping experience.

This is my hotel of choice when I come to HCM. The rooms are clean and everything works. The front desk staff are friendly and supportive of your needs. They don't have much to what you would call a western breakfast. But, I love their cold cuts and eggs.

Clean and nice place to staty ”
This is in the middle of city and it's easy to get everywhere. Cafe & convenience store is near. Room is clean and everything is well furnitured. The swimming pool & Spa massage was also good !

We stayed three nights at this hotel, everything was ok. Breakfast was good, a lot of options. Nice, spacious room, sparkling clean. We stayed aon 11th floor, relatively quiet, given you are in a busy city with heavy traffic. There is a pool at the 11th floor with the view of the city, looksokbut we did not use ut, as our kids were not fit. Walking distance to the Post office, Notre dam, Market (about 15 min). Staff is nice and professional, although they do not smile, but that is Vietnamese nature, I guess, it's totally ok. I would recommend this hotel to business travellers and families too.

Staffs were really helpful and friendly. They are so understandable and quick respond. Room is okay , the one thing I complained is the smell in restroom sometimes when turn on a fan it’s smell quite bad. Breakfast is lack of choice but we can understand during covid times so totally acceptable.

Pros - good size room - good breakfast choices and well laid out too - decor is quite modern - quite close to the major attractions of Ho Chi Minh - coffee facility in-room - 2 free bottled water daily - room service are reasonably priced and portions are very decent too - staff are quite polite Cons - beds are so low and not particularly comfortable - bedding needs replacing as they are quite old now - I requested a double bed but got two twin moved together ( not cool) - staff struggled with basic English hence I found it difficult to book tours through the hotel (not a show stopper because there are alternatives) All in all, I’ll stay again
