4 Star Hotel at Discounted Price”
Got a last minute discount on 4 star hotel. Room was lovely, bed very soft and had a bathtub. Only feedback, is I wish good put showerhead up top and not only use it handheld, and I found the breakfast a bit lackluster and the coffee was not hot.

The room had a musty smell that annoyed our sleep quite much. The bed draft was itchy. It's properly due to the long time no guests after Covid 19 lockdown. It would be better if the hotel can check up the room before guests came.

Room's fine. Front desk service's so so ( 32 minutes for checking out). Swiming pool was announced to open 5.30-9.00am, 15h30-19h30pm but it might closed randomly without advanced information ( it closed 1.30hrs, from 5.50-7.00am on the day we'd stayed). It's opened to public & alway full of noisy chidren. Breakfast might be fine before 7.30am?! when I came at 7.35am, many dishes were empty ( without refill).... The inroom document said there're snack & biscuit in checkin basket, but there're not , means you might have to pay for it when checking out. In brief, it's really a bad choice

Muong Thanh is one of the best hotel chains in Vietnam. And this Muong Thanh in Thanh Hoa has a much cheaper price than other Muong Thanh hotels in other cities. I definitely would make a reservation at this hotel next time I come back to Thanh Hoa.

Decent hotel ”
First off all, please don't expect excellent products and service in Thanh Hoa. It's not a major city like Hanoi or HCMc. There are a few 4 stars hotel in TH but this is newest and i've stayed in some of Muong Thanh hotels before. They are not 4 stars like Novotel but it's ok for short stay. Frontdest staff greeted me by my name when i arrived and after 2mins, i was already in my room. Everything is new and clean. Bed was quite ok but really hard pillow, not recommend for neck pain person. Breakfast always a plus, many local Vietnamese dishes. 1 important thing, STAY AWAY from the spa. What kind of Spa only have 2 service and room which are Standard and VIP? The girls asked for 'extra service'.

It's far from Sam Son Beach, but in the center of Thanh Hoa city. We went by car, so it takes 15 minutes from the hotel to the Sam Son Beach. Not much trees around the hotel, so you feel it's hot if you walk outside the hotel. The swiming pool is on the ground. The hotel arranges the parties for local residents, so the hall, restaurant & reception area are so crowed and noisy. The breakfast here is good, especially for noodle. It's in new area of Thanh Hoa that take only 15 mins to Sam Son. I am better to choose to stay in MTTH than in Sam Son beach.

Reasonable price, modern fancy room, friendly staffs... We were really satisfied with staying in this hotel. I heartily recommend you to stay in this hotel. Ps) It would become much better hotel if the hotel runs own motorbike rental system. Motorbike rental fee was quite expensive then other city and rental service was not good because hotel has to ask another rental shop and that shop host was so greedy.
