Great experience at the Kawara My An Onsen Resort”
After a 2-night cruise in the Halong Bay, we booked this great hotel located slightly outside of the city of Hué. The inital booking was about a 3-night stay, including the 31st December gala dinner. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for a 4th night. Almost everything was perfect at this property: great and lovely staff, modern and clean property, beautiful Japanese garden and outstanding breakfast buffet. The only potential for improvement is the Onsen: the private Onsen room was a little bit upsetting. Nevertheless, from this stay in Hué, we keep a very good memory of this (too) short stay. A special mention goes to Nhung, Cúc, Gấm (with apologies to the other staff members who are not mentioned here). A 200% yes to this address 🙂

Very helpful staff, lots of activities, good food”
My daughter was super happy with the place that she wanted to stay more there. Lots of activities for the whole family, especially feeding the gold fish, kids love it. Their food was very yummy. I thought in the hotel restaurants, the local food wouldnt be so tasty and authentic, but I was wrong. I even wanted to buy and take away some of their local food. During the trip, we kept wondering why on Agoda, they listed as only 4 stars. They deserve even more than 5 stars. I asked and learnt that because they were too new, they havent applied for the star rating process yet. They should better work on getting the 5 stars rating faster, because we almost missed them out when filtering the 5 star option only in Hue. Somehow Agoda still showed them in the results. We had a great stay. Everything was just perfect. Hotel is very clean, food delicious, staff is extremely helpful. It's located outside the city so might be not very handy for some travellers but it wasn't an issue for us.

Absolutely amazing quiet and beautiful place which perfect suits for celebration romantic moments. In our case it was wedding anniversary. I even can’t imagine the place which will be better in the whole Vietnam. Crew are very qualified and true professionals. Thanks to them. Onsens itself are something out of the world! 9 stages of different types of baths will bring you body and mind directly to the heaven. Moreover there are good restaraunts and cafes on the territory. Absolutely super high recommend it to all who want dive into Japanese surrounding. We have booked Kawara onsen by Agoda, for 2 nights with promotion and huge discounts. So check their promotions!
