Nice hotel but needed better hotel rules for other guests”
Everything is great at this hotel. Good design of bathroom to the pool access. Nothing to complain really. Only other guests from Indonesia with kids and granny. They kept making so much noise at the indoor pool where noises were echoed. The kids played in the pool before and after hours and during the day. No one could have a nap if resting needed. The grannies and their mum kept feeding from in the pool which make it a bit dirty. They also splashed so much wather and wet the floor making it slippery and dangerous for people walking passed. None of staff said anything to them.

Perfect place for a relaxing and carefree vacation”
Very nice situated at the beach that stretches for kilometers in each direction. Room very nice and clean and could walk straight into the indoor pool from the room. Nice outdoor pool with nice garden. The hotel staff is really great and do their outmost so you have a great stay. Very good restaurant and it is very convenient with the hotel shuttle bus for trips into Hua Hin centrum, when needed. Best placed I have stayed at in Thailand, and I will go back there. Very nice staff and welcome at arrival. Clean, spacy and bright rooms. Confusing lightswitches. Large bathroom with graet shower. Beachtowel, bathrope and flipflops. Nice breakfast, Asian and Western. Not the usual boring toast bread and jam. Kinda real bread and compot instead. Pool with sea view. Some deckchairs and umbrellas. No direct steps to the beach!!! Unbelievable. Manager very open to suggestions. So maybe soon with a shorter passage to the beach. Quiet part of Hua Hin. But with food court nearby, nice (seafood) restaurants and the skybar at the Holiday Inn (with car or scooter).

Very kind and friendly staff. The hotel itself is nice, great location, clean beach. Nice indoor swimming pool, 25m long. The outdoor swimming pool is small, rather for kids, but no issue since the sea is clean enough for swimming. Very pleasant stay , but again, the best feature of the hotel is it’s staff, so professional, so kind, so friendly

Good location, clean hotel, delicious Thai breakfast. However we wanted to extend our stay (7x nights) by 2x nights and the staff could not help us (pushed us back to Agoda...). Maybe they dont care about Cash and customer relationship. Please improve customer service and empower your staff.

It is a really nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again if it was not a) for the WiFi being as slow as I have rarely ever experienced anyway (all day long, everywhere in the hotel, upload speed of about 0.2-0.4 MBit/s) and b) for the hotel staff's indifference regarding that ("there are many guests here and it is just slow."). Great new place built in the last few years, just not so great execution.

Cool air blowed directly towards my head when lying in bed. We asked the staff to stick some papers to redirect the air flow and solved the problem. Breakfast okay better than expected. 2 Swimming pools, one indoor & one outdoor. The outdoor pool is small but with sea view.

Overall the place was good. It was quiet and nice. The aircond placement need adjustment. It is place directly in front of the bed. The cold air hits the face directly and make it difficult to sleep peacefully. If you off the aircond the room gets warm. The water pressure of the shower seriously need to be checked and you cant get really hot water for good shower. Breakfast spread need improvement also. Very mediocre selection for the money they charge for the room. The breakfast should be good. Regards, JV

Wow, such a lovely place to stay. Value, friendly staff, perfect position. My wife and I travel to Thailand every year and stay at different resorts each time all five star. My Vimarn Hua Hin was as good as any. Yes not big,? though beautiful and calm, the staff were to be very caring of all our needs even the G.M was on deck for our help if needed which you don't get at other resorts. Very central to the markets and shopping centre .Great place to stay and will be back.

Superb Service”
If there was a choice of six-star to rate, I would give them six stars. We went to Hua Hin to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. The staff welcomed us with a specially decorated room. We were very well attended by well-trained staff from the moment we stepped out of the car until we came back home. The breakfast was also very good. Before I left the hotel, I wrote down a little complaint about the mattress (too firm for me) and left the note in the room. I didn't think anyone will care. (Well, I did this to other hotels before and no one seems to care.) However, the staff e-mail me later saying they are sorry that I was upset and told me I can ask for a softer mattress next time I visit. Overall, I would say that although the building itself isn't as luxury as other famous 5-star hotels, its service is definitely at a luxury level.

This hotel is really good for those who want to get away from it all (as this hotel isn't in the buzz of hua hin centre). Pros: Amazing staff (broken English but I can't exactly speak Thai!!) Cleanliness 10+++ Facilities (pool, rooms, bar) Close to cicada market (on thursdays-sundays) which is well worth a visit Cons Taxis to centre all the time (150B each way) They do provide free shuttles, but every time we asked it wasn't running so had to get a taxi

Good clean rooms with large bathroom and shower (and bath outside that we didn’t use). The beds were really comfortable. The staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful. It’s ten minutes walk from the Cicada weekend market which is a great place to eat and do a little shopping (crafts mostly). If we went back to Hua Hin we would certainly stay there again.
